Junkyard Mirrors - Will These Rusty, 42 Year Old Mirrors Clean Up?

While I was at the junkyard getting parts for my 1977 F150, I decided to grab these mirrors off of a 1978. They were pretty rusty and dirty, but I figured I'd take a shot in the dark. I'm glad I did, since they turned out fairly well for 42 year-old mirrors.
