Can You Build Muscle with This Workout Split Naturally?

This is probably the worst routine I've seen to gain size naturally.

If you're enhanced and taking all sorts of gear, just follow this split workout.

This is not the best routine if you want to build muscle naturally. This comes down to muscle protein synthesis. Once you train a particular body part, that body part typically recovers within about 48 hours, and you're ready to train that again.

Instead of waiting an entire week to train your legs after you hit that leg day on Monday, you could have also trained your legs again on Thursday or Friday and still recover from it.

The body has a reason to recover from it and build back stronger. And this is way more efficient for building muscle.

If you're a beginner, it helps to create a muscle very frequently. I personally have lost over 125 pounds by applying these methods as a natural.
