Brownie in a jar

For the Brownie Mix
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour all-purpose
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
For Brownies
4 eggs
1 cup coconut oil melted
2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
Instructions
For Brownie Mix
Add dry ingredients, layer by layer, into a wide-mouth mason jar.
Tap down if ingredients aren't fitting into the jar, then seal with a lid.
For Brownies
Add brownie mix to a large bowl.
Crack eggs into a separate bowl, whisk well, then add to the brownie mix.
Add oil and vanilla bean paste and mix until combined.
Add batter to a greased 8×8 inch pan.
Bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
