Standoff in Salem MA July 12 2022

July 12, 2022, 1045AM, Salem, Massachusetts near 106 Broadway (Broadway and Loring). Was taking my son out for some breakfast and this was happening on the street we tried to drive through. So we shot as much footage as we could. More footage from this morning's standoff pending. It ended peacefully (for the most part). Sorry for the shaky video, was just taking my son out for some Dunkin Donuts & we happened to come upon this. I luckily always keep a Sony Handy Cam in my glove box but had no gimble or monopod
