Hi, I'm Phil Bridges, owner of Straight Arrow Repair. Ever want to know how a repairman fixes things? Well come with me, and I'll show you how I solve problems. Let's make things better together.

Now, we tighten this anchor up so the side with the square here we got to tighten it up clockwise or counterclockwise.

"So, away from you."

We want it to be tight and we want this square to line up with the.

"See how your tightening square."

On the square hole. It's not in there yet. Sound like I'm playing musical instrument side or a little board with all the little metal plates on the back and then turn it more sort of like a saw, playing a saw.

"That going in is it?"

No, it's close.

"I can't hit it no more."

Oh, if I can see with the sun shining in.

"Well, it's not that easy, is it?"

I'm ah, going to have to suck it in with the nut on the side. It's not even close yet. There we go.

"That looks good."

Getting there. It's not there yet. Well, we'll show him here. I've got to turn this a little bit right here to get in square in there, and then I got to tighten it some more. Hey, you see how that inside there square? Now I'm going to tighten up that anchor nut again see how loose it is, now. That keeps it from coming out, on the idea that heavy winds will move it around, but you can see how tight. So if you want to set your anchors and straps, that's what you're going for. That's what the bolts are going to have special bolts for, tightening it down to split bolts for anchors, and they're made specifically for that. I can't think of anything else that can be used for.

All right. So this house is raised up where we want it to be. But guess what? We found water leaks, three of them looks like. So that's what we're doing next. See you then.
