On January 23, 2019, 27 year old Raidel Vidal Caignet went to buy coffee with some other men to then re sell. They were then ambushed by 4 officers from the National Revolutionary Police #PNR. All started to get away from the cops. Raidel was shot on his back by a #PNR Alexeis Gutierrez Herrera, which perforated one of his lungs. Raidel died from the shot, leaving a 6 year old kid. His mother Esther, made her declarations along with a witness to @rtvmarti that she tried everything in her power to bring light and justice for her son. The totalitarian regime’s version was that Raidel was a criminal and the #PNR had to defend themselves. The officers are still out there, no charges, no investigation waiting for their next victim. The PNR belongs to the Ministry of Interior, they act like the Stasi in East Germany.
