Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics (Switch) - Game #48: Sliding Puzzle

Game #48 on our list of 51 Worldwide Classics is another puzzle game that you play alone, Sliding Puzzle! In this game, a tortoise or a hare will move around a track set up by an 11-piece puzzle, and your job is to slide the pieces around to guide the animal to a set of gems scattered throughout the puzzle. Your goal is simply to get as high of a score as possible before the wind-up animal falls off the track by either going out of bounds or into the empty space in the puzzle.

There are no CPU opponents to face, you just have to beat a target score of 300 points with both the tortoise and the hare to master the game. Also, each time you play it, you can unlock a piece of trivia about the game. There is one piece of trivia about Sliding Puzzle:

Personal story: My mom and I were big into Tetris and Dr. Mario as a kid, as well as other puzzle games like the Adventures of Lolo trilogy and Yoshi's Cookie.
