When The Illinois Legislature Considered An Identical Law, Then-State Senator Barack H. Obama Voted Against It. To This Day, Planned Parenthood Lobbyists Believe That Whether To Save A Baby Born Alive Should Depend On The Judgement Of The Mother And The Goodwill Of An Abortionist. Try Re-Reading Those Last Four Words A Few Times To Understand How Ridiculous That Phrase Is.
