In today’s video I am struggling with OCD. The thing about OCD is I cannot not obsess. I just can’t. Thankfully through lots of counseling I have been able to calm my mind down with lots of practice but it’s not a simple task. OCD has a way of taking over your mind and not allowing for any relaxation and then if left uncontrolled can take over and ruin your life entirely.
