Dia de los Locos, is a day that encourages locals madness to express themselves in costumes, satire, folklore, and music. In the baroque town of San Miguel de Allende, in Mexico, this colorful festival—officially named San Antonio de Padua Festival, the people take to the streets in wild costumes dancing and jumping like crazy people to all kinds of Mexican music.
