Filing A Criminal Complaint On A Court Officer. Assault x's 2 and Assault and Battery. Boston. Mass.

This is my bodycam footage from Tuesday October 6th, when I went into Boston to File a criminal complaint against Court Officer Jeff Hammond #927 or H-A-M-M-O-N FUCKING D!!!

I was told on the day of the incident Thursday October 1st that I would have to got to the A-1 Police Station to file criminal complaint. So Once I got to Boston I stopped at the courthouse to try to talk to be assistant chief Robert Flaherty to try and get his contact information along with inform him I will be filing charges.

I was met first met by Hammond at the front door and then by the other assistant chief, Rivera. He informed me that they were investigating a couple incidences, I asked him if one was mine. His response was he cannot give any details. But gave me a look that yes they are investigating my incident.

I then went to the a one station and they directed me after about 8 minutes to go to the state police barracks by the museum of science. On my way over there I saw a state trooper sitting in his vehicle. So I decided to stop and ask him if he knew if I was going to the right place.

That open up a can of worms but finally got me my answer. I had to file that criminal complaint inside the exact court where the court officer Hammond works. This process to far too lang and way too many different answers. I still believe this was not handled right all the way down to me having to pay to file the complaint.
