This video was taken during a red storm warning. Red storm is one of the warning signals issued by the Observatory indicating the severity of rainfall and thunderstorm. It is the second highest signal with Black being the highest warning signal. The walking tour showed some of the tourist attractions in the Sheung Wan area, such as the Man Mo temple, street art and prewar buildings used in some movies.
