A Complete Breakdown of Amber Heard: After the Verdict | Dateline Full Interview

The full interview between NBC's Savannah Guthrie and Amber Heard has been released and it sure is something.

Amber starts off by claiming not to be vindictive, but then proceeds to spend the next 40 minutes displaying her propensity to be vindictive.

Guthrie is an adequate interviewer, but doesn't push back against Heards more fantastical claims or nail her when she's obviously telling lies.

The tone of the interview, the way it was shot, how it was edited and how smoothly it was produced lets the viewer know that Amber is STILL the victim. It doesn't really take direct shots or defend the win by Johnny Depp, one could posit his team is actually moving on.

NBC is treading a very fine line here by letting Heard meander close to the line of defamation and presenting this interview as they did. But it's obvious to anyone how the fallout of this trial will be going forward: Depp has Social Media behind him and Heard has Mass Media propping her up. It's a big gamble, but the narrative must live on!
