BREAKING: Kazakh President Tokayev issued a statement on the riots and conspiracy in Kazakhstan.

Kazakh President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev saw a competent planning in the actions of the protesters.
In his opinion, the participants in the demonstration had a pre-organized strategy and, in fact, are participating in a conspiracy.
In addition, the leader of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed confidence that the activities of these persons have a material basis and are sponsored by certain players: "They are financially motivated."
As an argument in support of his point of view, Tokayev pointed to the thorough preparation of the "hooligan elements." In his statement, he once again drew attention to the fact that in this case we are talking "precisely about the conspirators."
