Welcome to our first Union campaign with one of the recent patches that has drastically fixed the AI's ability to recruit. We are going to start this newest patch with a Spring 1861 campaign so we can observe the AI recruiting and make our own limitations. We also are allowing the AI to use random campaign start events while we are sticking with the historical ones at the start of the campaign.
