James Jones real name Bob Lucas is sexually communicating with several of our decoys and also arranging to meet them. Lucas tried to hide under a false name and was very cagey with information unless sexual. He was also impersonating a Police Officer telling the children this was his profession and asking them to try on his handcuffs.
