Lady Picks Up After Her Dog Uses Mask Then Wears Mask... Good Little Sheeple

Sometimes things take place in real life that are so weird/sick/unbelievable, we have a hard time figuring out all the ways it's wrong.  This is such a situation.
A woman, dutifully wearing her (useless) COVID mask, is seen on video below, walking her dog.   
The man taking the video had complained to authorities numerous times that this particular woman, his neighbor, lets her dog crap everywhere, and she never picks-up after the animal.  
Authorities told him that without actual proof, there was little they could do.  The guy asked authoriteis to go speak to the woman, and they agreed, but said they needed proof before they could take any legal action. So the man got in the habit of video recording the woman to catch her letting her dog poop all over.

In the video, we see the woman stops as her dog begins to poop and then, knowing she has to clean up after the animal, TAKES OFF HER COVID MASK AND USES IT TO PICK UP THE DOG CRAP
