Rising Oil Prices Will Destroy Home Values In New England

I feel compelled to warn people in the New England states where I live, about the coming economic catastrophe in the price of home heating oil. I believe a lot of people are going to be stuck with homes that they cannot afford to heat, and that nobody will want to purchase unless the home is VERY cheap.
