If you don't like the pronunciation I used here, I found this on the "talk" page on wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk%3ANyarlathotep#Pronunciation): "Lovecraft wrote that the pronunciation doesn't matter since the names aren't made for human tongues." :-P
