Here's a quick and easy Tai Chi form for beginner's! This is perfect for a morning or evening routine.

Here are the steps:

1.) Begin Tai Chi - 3x
2.) Grasp the Sparrow's Tail (Left Side)
3.) Grasp the Sparrow's Tail (Right Side)
4.) Part the Wild Horse's Mane
5.) Single Whip
6.) Drawing the Bow to Shoot the Tiger (Left Side)
7.) Fan Chop
8.) Drawing the Bow to Shoot the Tiger (Right Side)
9.) White Crane Spreads its Wings
10.) Starving Tiger Mauls the Goat (Left Side)
11.) Starving Tiger Mauls the Goat (Right Side)
12.) Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg
