Early this morning, CHP H-32 was requested by the San Pablo Police Department to assist in searching for a felony suspect. After terminating a vehicle pursuit, the suspect vehicle was located abandoned in the City of Berkeley.

H-32 arrived overhead and located the suspect hiding in a nearby backyard. After the suspect jumped several fences and attempted to hide, he was arrested by the search team.

The San Pablo Police is investigating this incident.
