Engineers and Sappers in the Outback

May 5, 2022 - Australian Army sappers with 1st troop, 1st Combat Engineer Regiment, 1st Field Squadron, and U.S. Marine Corps engineers with Combat Logistics battalion 5, Logistics Combat Element, Marine Rotational Force-Darwin (MRF-D) 22, conduct a demolitions range at Kangaroo Flats Training Area, NT, Australia. MRF-D engineers and Australian Army sappers trained together to learn from each other, develop relationships, and to enhance their shared military capabilities.
