This broadcast happened when Biden was almost dead last of about 16 contestants in the DNC Primaries. Harris was mentioned highly as the preferred by the Obamas. Joe was no where near the front runner.

Words matter. Listen carefully to this entire 15 minute broadcast and tell me the whole thing does not sound scripted. What did Trump know about Biden. Why did Trump single Biden out and make him the front runner here?
