Continue to open the front side of your body with this flow. Working on shoulders and maybe getting into your chest/collar bone area as well.
Slowly trying to create space in your body, never forcing pass your 'good' point. Take it slowly and enjoy your practice. You don't want to regret your movement, you want to enjoy the benefits!
