In this recording of a live Zoom class, we work into the Psoas muscle, which can become tight from sitting for long periods, even running, cycling, or walking. Sometimes lower back tension is caused by a tight Psoas so this class could help relieve lower back tension if a tight psoas is what is causing it (Consult a medical professional if unsure)
