The main part of this video was on June 10th 2021 at approximately 16:26, inside of the Salem city Hall and city Hall annex in Salem Massachusetts. Due to the C D C guidelines being revised. On approximately May 29th Most of the restrictions were lifted in Massachusetts, Except the governor of Massachusetts and the mayor of Salem could not let go of all of their new found "authority". On May 26th the City of Salem Government Facebook page announced their new revised guidelines.

This included all public employees and people from the public to continue to wear masks while in public buildings. I knew that the public employees would not be abiding by these guy lines, as I have been documenting this whole entire time. One of The times I documented the hypocrisy and contradictory ways of our public officials, that video was show banned and then removed by You Tube. So as an independent journalist I took it upon myself to check if the city hall employees were following the newly revised guidelines and document it, while not following their guidelines as well.

As I had already documented the Salem Police not abiding by these orders, I knew the city hall employees would be doing the same. They have called the cops on me for doing this before as those videos will be linked below. It seems as if I have trained them pretty well and they are learning our rights and the law.
