This video is from the bar camera that caught the entire thing. Mr. Walls is a gay man who was reacting to he and his husband being attacked by homophobic white men, as well as Cameron Morgan, the alleged victim and her companion, the short, possible female, in the black ball cap.

At 1:07 you can see both Cameron Morgan and her short companion in the black ball cap ADVANCING TOWARDS Andy in a threatening manner and running their mouths.

At 1:08 you can see Cameron Morgan grabbing Andy's left arm and her companion kicking towards his crotch as Andy cocks his right arm to defend himself by punching the advancing Cameron Morgan. Pretty clear that they touched him first and were NOT just innocent bystanders.

You can also see Andy being assaulted first at :43 by a man in a black hoodie who had been hurling anti-gay slurs at he and his husband.

The only hate crime here was on the part of the creeps who were harassing a gay couple, the alleged victims who were part of that harassment, and the people who continuously beat and stomped a man (tan pants, black cap) who was just trying to break up the first fight. If you can identify any of these creeps who beat the snot out of this man, please contact the Akron Ohio Police or the FBI.
