Discuss weight gain and loss during the seasons and how the horses tend to lose weight over winter from shivering and need some extra feed/hay if the pasture is low. They end up all fat and round again come Spring.

Halo is second in charge and approx 6 years old. She is a palomino brumby trapped from the wild.
Ava is third and also a brumby, but is approx 4-5 years old. She is the bay with the white star on her forehead.
Ruby is an Arabian and she is dark bay with no white. She is 5.5 years old.
