The Constitutional Fight Against Vaccine Mandates

He is currently working on two high profile cases first, is the case of the Hon. Brian Peckford, former premier of Newfoundland and Labrador who is challenging the constitutionality of the travel vaccine mandates. Those who do not accept government vaccine mandates are not allowed to travel on commercial airlines, trains or ferries. Mr. Peckford says that restriction violates his Charter Rights.

Mr. Wilson is also representing Tamara Lich. Tamara Lich was instrumental in organising the Trucker Freedom Convoy in Ottawa and was held in jail for weeks without bail.
