Note: Eisenhower signed into laws anti-communist legislation in 1950 and 54; which led to McCarthy hearings. McCarthy attempted to expose the cabal but ended as mocked. Today's leftists use phrase 'McCartyism' as a slam... like Jim Crow laws. As if McCarthy was out of control.
Reality though, ended using phrase communist party. As commies smiled and became Democrats. This was end of Democrat party, not communism. Alternate name of communists is working families party. Basically just a legal issue.
