An unusual time-lapse video has emerged of the ‘A Pound Of Flesh For 50p’ known as the Melting House, which is an artistic installation at 40 Southwark Street, South London. The house, located near the site of an old candle factory, has been slowly melting for weeks after artist Alex Chinneck built it out of wax. However he had to introduce heaters after British weather proved too unpredictable. This project was part of the Merge Festival and reportedly used 8,000 bricks cast in paraffin wax in beds of terracotta sand. The installation melted over the course of over a month after taking nearly a year to build. The artist collaborated with chemists, manufacturers and engineers to develop visually convincing bricks that manipulate in the most sculptural effective way with wax having makers, chemists and engineers involved in the project. Artist Alex Chinneck constructed this full-sized, two-story <a href="https://rumble.com/v35yex-paraffin-wax-and-lcd-alike.html" target="_blank">wax</a> house exhibit in London, a structure designed to melt over the course of 30 days. Watch the process yourself in this incredible time lapse video and be amazed! As each individual volume drips down the building’s facade and the entire structure begins to warp in shape, the architecture becomes completely unrecognizable, only in a few weeks time, only the roof will remain on the floor, bathed in a pile of molten material. Each brick has been cast in paraffin wax within beds of terracotta sand, a method which renders both individuality and a unified color palette. Alex Chinneck, born in 1984, is a British sculptor known for creating temporary public artworks. Most of Chinneck's installations feature across Greater London. His early works include Telling the Truth Through False Teeth (2012), where the artist used 1,248 pieces of glass to create 312 identically smashed windows across the derelict facade of a factory in Hackney, From the Knees of my Nose to the Belly of my Toes (2013) in Margate where Chinneck created the illusion that the entire facade of <a href="https://rumble.com/v3zgxu-this-house-takes-6-hours-to-build-and-costs-just-over-30k.html" target="_blank">house</a> had slid into the garden, and Under the Weather but Over the Moon (2013), a commercial property situated on Blackfriars Road created to look as if it had become completely inverted. The artist applies foundation evenly all over her face, concealing any dark spots. Then, she highlights her smile lines and creates freckles with a black <a href="https://rumble.com/v4b803-diy-kawaii-pencil-case-ice-cream-bar.html" target="_blank">pencil</a>, even before she sets everything with powder and the powder will work as a layer of skin contributing to a more realistic effect. Then, Vanelli applies pink blush on the apples of her cheeks as well as on the nose tip to achieve the frost-bite effect. After she primes her eyes, she uses a violet shadow on the moving parts of her eyelids and again shimmering purple all over the purple followed by cranberry purple along the natural contour of her eyes. Shimmery white goes to highlight the inner of the eyes and the brow bone for a nice lift. She applies eyeliner and then smudges it with a purple brush. Vanelli then puts some mascara and false thick eyelashes on the top of it to make them last longer. She fills her eyebrows with a dark pencil and her lips with a magenta finishing off with a purple berry <a href="https://rumble.com/v319s0-napoleon-perdis-lipstick-collection-review-and-swatches.html" target="_blank">lipstick</a>. The cool never bothered here anyway!

Maria A. Aristidou is a coffee artist from Nicosia, Cyprus. She commemorated the 4th of May, or in pop culture better known as Star Wars Day, in a very appropriate manner: she produced paintings of Darth Vader, R2D2 and other characters of the ultra-popular movie using nothing but the simple cup of coffee. In this video, we see Maria in her cozy home atmosphere preparing to set the painting process going. However, before she starts, she makes sure we see the process of preparing your morning cup of coffee – a tradition deeply ingrained into all Mediterranean cultures. The process is pretty elaborate and the most amazing thing is that instead of using standard watercolors or paints Maria resorts to using coffee! It took Maria just about 4 hours and 13 espressos to finish with her tribute masterpiece The outcome is quite incredible, and any "<a href="https://rumble.com/v2zs8j-cargo-ship-sings-star-wars-theme-song.html" target="_blank"> Star Wars </a>" fan who relishes a good cup of coffee would be fortunate to hang these pieces of art on their wall.
