‘Innocent until proven guilty’ is this four-year-old’s stand when mom accused her of eating a chocolate donut, when she was told not to. The toddler is adamant in her claims, but there is just one problem. On the clip, which has been watched more than 180,000 times, chocolate proof can be seen all over her face. Emma claims that it was in fact her twin brother Ben that ate a <a href="https://rumble.com/v30xx8-donut-eating-challenge-eat-off-hodgetwins.html" target="_blank">donut</a>, to which the boy admits that it is true. Her mom Mandy, a professional photographer, probes the witness further. “Are you sure you didn't eat the chocolate donut?", to which Emma starts “melting" under the coffee table in their Louisiana home, while her brother exclaims “Yeah. I love it!". The girl insists that it was her brother who ate a donut and not her, but when mom tells her that happens to have some chocolate frosting on her mouth, the girl is quick to react. “I think that is chocolate. I guess Ben mooshed it my mouth". Damn you, chocolate frosting! Mom Mandy explains: “We do correct them every time we see them doing something wrong. But that doesn't mean that we don't laugh when they aren't looking." “What happened to mommy’s makeup?" Well, that is what we are trying to find our as well! The adorably guilty toddler keeps denying that she went yet again to play with mommy’s makeup, even though she had been told not to, repeatedly. “What do you have all over your face?" asks Emma’s mom, to which the <a href="https://rumble.com/v39sxj-toddler-makeup-artist.html" target="_blank">toddler</a> contemplates her next move. “Um, chopstick" she says. Yeah, we’ve heard of tinted chopsticks, but not ones that make you look like you dove into a chocolate fountain! When mom asks Emma where did she get it, she is quick to respond, but when the subject of location comes up, she remembers that “mommy’s makeup" is off limits. O-oh! Mom reminds her of the rules, that she had been told not to play with mommy’s makeup, and Emma agrees with a sad face. The cutest part of the showdown comes when mom asks for the reason behind Emma’s little indiscretion. “I ain’t wanna go again! I don’t touchy mommy’s <a href="https://rumble.com/v2zf4d-nate-puts-on-make-up.html" target="_blank">makeup</a>!" says the adorable little girl and we have forgiven her already! “Mommy? Will you take it off, mom?" is Emma’s way of asking forgiveness. Whether it is because she really doesn’t like the color of the lipstick or she just wants to get this over with, we can’t know. What we do know is that this was the cutest testimony we have ever seen!
