Another go out in the wilds of Quebec (my deck). This time was much colder and I stopped sooner because my hands were freezing. The rest was good and my breathing was under control. Now focussing on hands and feet exposure, so that I can go longer next time.

After months of cold showers and gradual exposure to hands and feet in the snow, here is my frst proper outside cold exposure attempt.
