In greased waffle iron, cook cookie dough of your choice. Cook on medium heat. Should take 10-12 minutes.
Remove cooked cookie from waffle iron. Place on plate and top with ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, nuts, chocolate sauce and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!

Churro Bison Burger
Ingredients:
4 3/4"-1" thick angel food cake slices
2 eggs + 1 egg for meat
1 cup crushed cornflakes + 1 TBSP cinnamon + 1 TBSP sugar
8 oz ground bison
4 slices bacon
1/2 cup sausage pieces, diced
1/4 cup mushrooms, diced
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 cup onion, sliced
2 tsp sugar or stevia + 1 TBSP
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup Parmesan, shaved or shredded
1/4 cup arugula
1/3 cup cranberry chipotle cheddar (or other specialty cheddar)
2 1/2" pineapple slices
2 tbsp heavy cream with 1 TBSP ranch
Directions:
Cut Angel Food Cake into 3/4"-1" slices. In bowl, mix 2 eggs well. In another bowl, combine crushed cornflakes, cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Dip cake slices first into egg mixture, then cornflakes, then place in medium low heat buttered saucepan. Repeat for 3 other slices. Watch closely til cornflakes turn golden brown. In same pan over low heat, place onion slices with 1 TBSP sugar or stevia to caramelize. In large bowl, mix bison, sausage, mushroom, garlic, stevia, chili powder, and egg. Make into 4 patties and pan fry over medium heat in saucepan. To build sandwhich, place cake slice, then cooked bison, parmesan cheese, arugula, cranberry chipotle cheddar (or other specialty cheese), slice of pineapple, ranch cream, carmelized onion and finally last angel cake slice. Chicken Fajita Puffs
Ingredients:
1 cup chicken breast strips
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 packet fajita seasoning
5-7 phyllo dough sheets
1 cup melted butter
1 cup sriracha aioli
2 cup mozzarella
sour cream or greek yogurt
2 tbsp cilantro
chopped green onions
diced tomatos
Simmer chicken, vegetables, seasoning and water over medium heat. Set aside.
Lay one phyllo sheet down on cookie sheet or cutting board and with pastry brush, brush entire sheet with melted butter. Lay another phyllo dough sheet onto buttered one. Spread sriracha aioli over surface of sheet. Lay another phyllo dough sheet. Repeat pattern until sheets are gone and top sheet has no liquid spread upon it. Using pizza cutter, cut sheet into 4 pieces. Place 1/4 cup mozzarella in center of each square. spoon 1/4 cup chicken fajita mixture onto mozzarella followed by another 1/4 cup mozzarella. Brush edges with butter or egg and fold corners on top of each other, then turn entire pillow over to secure. Brush with butter. Bake for 30 min at 350°F. Top with sour cream, tomato, crushed Doritos and chopped green onions. Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup nut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° and grease a small cake/loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine nut butter and maple syrup. In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, cocoa powder, and the nut butter/syrup mixture. Then add a handful of crushed chocolate. Place your mixture in your cake pan and bake for 30 mins. Once cooked, let cool and top with whipped cream and walnuts. Yummmmy!

Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
4 whole peppers
grated cheese
bread crumbs
1 lb ground turkey
olive oil
1/2 cup diced onions
1 8 0z can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 can of tomato paste
tbs crushed garlic
tbs parsley
1/2 tsp crushed chili peppers
1/2 tsp paprika
salt
pepper
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add ground turkey until brown. Add onions and garlic until soft. Stir in crushed tomatoes, paste, chili peppers, paprika and add salt and pepper to taste.
Place peppers in greased casserole pan. Add meat mixture to insides of peppers. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Sriracha Aioli Potato
Ingredients for potato:
2 medium white potatoes
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1/4 c green onions
1 c shredded mozzarella
Ingredients for sriracha aioli:
2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sriracha
2 tbsp pepper
1/8 cup lime juice
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp cayenne
1 tsp cumin
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F/160C. Gently push a skewer through each potato. Hold a sharp, thin knife at an angle and cut in the opposite direction you are turning the skewered potato. Gently fan out the potato down the length of the skewer, until you have an even gap between the slices forming the spiral. Melt the butter and brush it all over the potato. In a medium bowl, combine parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Place the skewered potato over the bowl and shovel the mixture all over the potato until entirely coated. Rest potatoes on baking sheet so that it is hovering over the bottom of the sheet. Disperse mozzarella over surfaces of both potatoes. Bake for 25-30 min or until nicely browned. Pour Sriracha aioli all over potatoes, or use on side to dip. Garnish with additional parmesan, green onions and parsley.Enjoy!

Sriracha Aioli Egg Sandwich
Ingredients for sandwich:
1/8 c vegetable oil
1/2 c sliced onions
2 TBSP sugar or sugar substitute
1/2 c shredded potatoes
salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c butter
2 Hawaiian sweet buns or egg hamburger buns
2 slices bacon (cut in half)
2 eggs
tomato slices
2 slices cheese (Havarti, Muenster, Cheddar etc)
Ingredients for sriracha aioli:
1 c mayonnaise
3 TBSP fresh basil and oregano (can substitute 1 TBSP Italian seasoning)
3 TBSP Sriracha
3 TBSP green onions
3 TBSP minced garlic
Directions:
Pour oil into medium saucepan, followed by sliced onions. Sprinkle sugar over onions until cooked, set aside. Form potatoes into patty, dusting with salt and pepper. Cook on both sides til golden brown, set aside. Cook bacon, set aside. In another saucepan, melt butter. Toast buns over medium heat, removing when just slightly golden. Build sandwich in following order:
Bun, Hash brown patty, Tomato slices, bacon, over easy egg, caramelized onions, slice of cheese, Sriracha aioli, and finally, the bun top.

Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp minced garlic
1lb shrimp
1 cup sweet white wine
salt and pepper
red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 spaghetti squash
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and sauté.
After 5 mins, add shrimp. Once shrimp starts to turn pink, add wine and chicken broth. Once brought to a boil, add heavy cream while stirring constantly. Add black pepper, salt and chili peppers. Simmer on stove top.
While sauce is simmering, cut knife into spaghetti squash in several places. Put in microwave for 5 minutes. Turn squash and leave in microwave for another 5 minutes. Squash should now be cooked depending on size. Cut squash in half and spoon out center seeds. Use a fork and penetrate squash leaving spaghetti like strands. Add squash to the shrimp mixture and serve immediately.

2 pkgs of crescent rolls
Directions:

Sambal Chicken Bowl
Ingredients:

Pulled Pork Wonton
Ingredients:
8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
2 cups BBQ pulled pork
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs parsley
Oil for frying
2 pkgs of wonton wraps
Directions:Mix all of the ingredients above. Once blended, place on parchment paper and freeze. 1 hour should do the trick. Remove from freezer and cut up into small squares. Heat oil for frying. Place each piece in water basted wonton. Twist sides to completely cover pulled pork mixture. Fry in heated oil until slightly brown. Remove from heat and drain excess oil. Serve as appetizer with Ranch Dressing.

Portobello Quesadilla
Ingredients:
tortilla wraps
2 portobello mushrooms
1/2 white onion
1 red pepper
buffalo mozzarella cheese
cherry tomatoes
olive oil
Sautée 1/2 white onion, 2 chopped portobello mushrooms and 1 red pepper in olive oil until soft. Remove from pan. Add tortilla wrap to pan and place 8 slices buffalo mozzarella cheese then veggie mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella and cover with second tortilla wrap. Penne Amore
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red onion
3 tbsp crushed garlic
2/3 lb of cut up bacon
large pkg of button mushrooms
jar of marinara sauce
1/4 cup of vodka
5 oz of plain greek yogurt
2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
a dash of sea salt

Heat olive oil in skillet. Sautée 1/2 red onion and 3 tbsp garlic. Once it's soft, add 2/3 lb bacon and slightly brown. Add large package of button mushrooms and brown. Add 24oz marinara sauce and 1/4 cup of vodka. Once mixture comes to a boil, add 5oz plain Greek yogurt and stir. Add black pepper, salt to taste and crushed chili peppers. Add cooked penne to the sauce and serve immediately.

Meat Lover's Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
10 oz steak
9 oz pkg of chorizo
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
1 jar marina sauce
1 medium onion
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 portobello mushroom
1 cup sliced peppers
2 stalks of celery
Tbs garlic
1 8 oz can of crushed tomatoes
Buffalo mozzarella
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 pkg of no bake lasagna noodles
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°. In a skillet, brown ground beef on medium heat then drain excess fat. Add onions, button mushrooms, celery and garlic until tender. Add can of crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper and Italian seasoning.
Lightly grease lasagna/casserole dish then spoon marinara sauce onto pan to almost completely cover. Add non cooked noodles to cover pan but not completely as they expand when they cook.
Add ground beef mixture for first layer, then sprinkle mozzarella until coated. Then add another layer of noodles. Add cut up, cooked steak and sliced portobello mushrooms with cheese and another layer of noodles. Add marinara sauce, chorizo, sliced peppers and sprinkle parsley and Parmesan, Then add another layer of noodles. Spread top layer with marinara sauce, then remaining mozzarella. Add buffalo mozzarella.
Place in oven, covered, and cook for 30-40 minutes. Take cover off and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Let sit on cooling rack 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!

Egg Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients:
3 eggs
6oz chopped bacon
1 medium tomato
1/2 white onion
1 avocado
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cilantro
2 tortillas

Directions:

Donut Holes
Ingredients:
2 packages biscuit dough
1 package Hershey's kisses
2 cups oil
1 cup chocolate frosting
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup diced strawberries
Directions:
In a small bowl, cut biscuit dough into small balls. Then, rip each ball, place a Hershey's kiss in the center, and roll it back together to create a dough ball.
In a pot, heat up oil for 10 mins. Deep fry the dough balls until golden brown. Remove from oil. Place chocolate frosting into a frosting cone and squeeze into the hole in each donut.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, powder sugar, and maple syrup. Place mixture in microwave for 30 seconds or until runny. Pour on top of the donut holes. Garnish with strawberries and enjoy!

Deviled Eggs

Cinnamon Toast Brunch
Ingredients:
1 c cornflakes
2 eggs
1/4 cup softened butter
1 1/2 TBSP cinnamon
1 TBSP stevia
1/2 c milk
2 sweet hawaiian hamburger buns (or texas toast slices of bread)
3 pieces maple bacon
3 mozzarella cheese sticks
2 slices Havarti cheese
Pour 1 cup cornflakes into sandwich bag and smash. Pour smashed cornflakes into shallow dish. In another shallow dish, crack 2 eggs, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp stevia and mix well. Dip top and bottom of hamburger bun, one at a time, into egg mixture. Dip both pieces of bread into cornflakes. Set aside.
In small saucepan, cook bacon lightly. Wrap bacon around mozzarella sticks. Set aside. In another saucepan, place bottom of hamburger bun in center.
Add 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and all 3 mozzarella sticks on top the bottom bun. Place other bun on top, followed by one more slice of cheese. Cover the saucepan to melt cheese with burner set to medium low heat.
Once the cheese has melted, remove from heat. When ready to serve, drizzle maple syrup on top.

Chicken Slider Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan
4chicken cutlets
2 mozzarella cheese strings
Vegetable cooking oil
4 Biscuits
Marinara sauce
8 slices of mozzarella
Directions:
Bake biscuits at 350° for 25 mins (or however instructed on package). Add parsley and Parmesan to bread crumbs. Cut one slice into each chicken cutlet and put halved mozzarella cheese strings inside. Dip chicken cutlets in milk, flour, egg, then bread crumbs.
Heat cooking oil in frying pan on medium heat and cook chicken.
Cut the biscuits open, place sliced mozzarella, chicken cutlet, marinara sauce, another slice of cheese, and top off with the top half of the biscuit. Broil in oven for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!

Cheesy Meatball Garlic Rolls
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
¼ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon pepper
1 egg
1 can pizza dough
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 mozzarella cheese sticks
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt, to taste
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Extra marinara for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F/180˚C. In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until evenly combined. Pinch off a ball of the mixture, add 1/4 mozzarella stick inside, roll between your hands to make ping pong ball-sized meatball. (Be sure mozzarella is completely covered). Cook the meatballs over medium heat, turning to brown each side. Remove from heat and drain on a paper towel.
With your hands or a rolling pin, flatten out the pizza dough rounds and top with a tablespoon of marinara and mozzarella cheese. Place one meatball over the dough and wrap the dough over the meatball pinching at the seams to close. Place the balls in a circle, seam-side down, in a cast-iron skillet. Mix the melted butter with garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning. Brush the balls with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Buffalo Pulled Pork Sticks
Ingredients:
8oz softened cream cheese

Serve immediately, dipping into either ranch or marinara sauce.

Veggie Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients:
1/2 red onion
5 mushrooms
Red pepper
Whole wheat tortillas
Salsa
Mozzarella cheese

Balsamic Aioli Donut Burger
Ingredients for sandwich:
2 glazed doughnuts, cut in half
12 oz ground beef
1 cup Newman's Own Italian Dressing
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
bleu cheese
4 slices bacon
spring mix lettuce
1 slice heirloom tomato
Ingredients for balsamic aioli:
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 heaping TBSP minced garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
PREP:
Cut 2 doughnuts in half, set aside.
In medium to large bowl, combine meat, dressing and cayenne pepper, mixing until well blended. Form into two patties. In greased saucepan over medium heat, place patties, watch closely and cook until desired degree of doneness is achieved. (Medium or medium well retains moisture.)
Cook bacon til desired, or crispy. Set aside. Combine all ingredients for Aioli in a bowl and mix well. Assemble sandwich by placing doughnut half on bottom, then beef patty, bleu cheese, tomato, spring mix, bacon and finally balsamic aioli. Place top of doughnut to complete burger.

Cheesy Bacon Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
1 package of 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
1 can artichoke quarters, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
Hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Place in oven friendly dish and bake for 30 minutes until a little golden on top.
