With a rich background encompassing over three decades of experience in diverse cultures and sectors, he offers a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective. Originally from rural Kashmir, Fayaz's adventurous journey spans across 20 countries, exploring realms such as personality transformation, education, ecological entrepreneurship, organisational development, conflict resolution, and sustainable development.

Returning to Kashmir in 2010, Fayaz founded the Mool Sustainability Research and Training Centre [moolsustainability.org], focusing on sustainable transformation through participatory methods. Driven by a profound commitment to sustainability and personal growth, he established SAGG Eco Village in 2012, a pioneering Eco Village Enterprise in J&K [saggecovillage.earth] seamlessly integrating and regenerating lifestyles and communities. Guided by Fayaz's visionary leadership, SAGG Eco Village stands as an emblem of sustainable living, offering recreational, educational, and lifestyle services.

In 2018, he founded The Village Academy, a transformative hub blending cultural and scientific wisdom that extends Fayaz's vision of empowering individuals caught in difficult contexts for personal success and collective progress through experiential coaching programs.
