This channel discusses how we can become stronger people not only physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I was feeling creative this morning and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity, before I found another distraction to take me away from sharing. I actually deleted this recording because the microphone switched to another device so the quality isn't as good as I know it can be. Instead of redoing this again because it wasn't perfect, I took it out of the recycle bin because the content is great despite the sound quality. This issue will be fixed this week when I get some help on how to utilize the resources I have. This workout is made for all fitness levels. If you need a modification due to an exercise injury or a beginner status, please listen to the option you need so you can feel successful. In the video I am using dumbbells and Gliding Disk.
