The latest viral cat trend sees cat owners placing cucumbers besides their unassuming felines while they're eating…. Then once their kitty as finished their dinner it turns, notices the cucumber and is scared half to death! While this seems like harmless fun at first, stressing your cat out like this is definitely no fun for them! … Dinner time is an enjoyable happy part of the day for your cats and intentionally trying to scare the bejesus out of them while they're in this comfort zone isn't very cool in my opinion. The fear reflex of the cats is extremely strong and this could cause cats to do anything to get away from the "intruder" in their safe space … and a scared cat can do crazy things which could result injury. Most cats HATE bath time! Here are some tips that can help make cat bathing time as stress free as possible for cats AND humans! If you have any other tips and/or advice please leave them in the comments section! --- And if your cat is extra feisty, consider wearing these cat bathing gloves: https://catbathgloves.com/?aff=2 Cole and Marmalade are inside cats and purrsonally I don't think they need to be bathed if they don't go outside, cats are very clean and groom themselves constantly.... Fortunately we only had to bathe them when we first rescued them and they had fleas, but other than that we just use cat wipes every so often if they're dirty. But cats that go outside may need to be bathed every once in a while or even inside cats that have made a mess of themselves while using the litter box and cat wipes just aren't going to get the job done! Pets are amazing companions that brighten up our lives. Sure, they can be a lot of hard work to raise, but those challenges are heavily outweighed by the incredible love that they bring. Although sometimes they may not show it, cats are very loving creatures. It is why they are considered one of the human-kinds most excellent companions. They may exhibit loving behavior more often than you think. Cats say "I Love you" to their humans all the time, learn how kitties show their affection through various acts that they do every day! Who would have ever thought that cats show their affection so much? For being known as jerks, cats are loving creatures. Nobody ever said that life was easier with cats around, but it’s definitely funnier! As Exhibit A, we bring you this video of beloved internet sensations Cole and Marmalade “helping” their human dad Chris Poole to put new sheets on the bed. The result is pure comedy gold—and one that will look very, VERY familiar to any other human slaves of pampered kitties out there! When those new sheets start going on the bed, all bets are off.
