Working out is the best way to start the day. It gives you energy necessary enough to keep you up and running during the day and it makes you feel productive - after all your body will be grateful no matter how excruciating it may feel. Why? Well, when children do something right, they have to be rewarded no matter the effort, so high five is one way to tell your child that he is on the right path of his development.
