Runaway Semi Hits Runaway Truck Ramp
When you are in your car, you need to realize that you are as protected as you can be and that you are doing all that you can to abstain from getting into accidents. Here and there, this is simply unavoidable, and it happens to the majority of us at some time. However, there are likewise a ton of disasters that could really be prevented if individuals were doing the things they should do when they are in the driver’s seat.
New video from Colorado reveals what happens when an out-of-control semi uses one of the runaway truck ramps positioned alongside mountain highways.
Info from Licensor: “Friday, April 26, 2019, Jesse Terrell was driving westbound on I-70 towards Silverthorne. He saw smoke coming from this semi and knew its brakes were burning up. Due to the fact that between 24-36 hours before a similar occurrence had happened going eastbound on I-70, Jesse picked up his phone to make the recording. Traffic was moving along at a clip of 60-65 mph on a steep grade.
The <a href="https://rumble.com/v6zekn-brakes-what-brakes.html" target="_blank">truck</a> had already passed the first of two runaway ramps. The smoke began to lessen, which told Jesse that they had just given out. ‘I could see clearly that his right signal was on and the second of two runaway truck ramps was just ahead. I muttered to myself,
“I really hope the driver takes this ramp.” I noticed as well that once the brakes had given out, the speed of the semi increased significantly. I am incredibly thankful that this trucker had the wherewithal to utilize a runaway ramp for its intended purpose as this saved lives, unlike the tragic events from the day before where lives were lost.
I hope this video can be utilized by trucking companies everywhere to show the value of keeping a cool head and using the tools given for everyone’s safety.’ “This video occurred on April 26, 2019, Silverthorne, Colorado, USA.
They still don’t know the identity of the <a href= "https://rumble.com/v7iwj6-oblivious-driver-shows-why-we-can-never-take-our-eyes-off-the-road.html" target=" _blank">driver</a>; however, the state police stated that the driver did not do anything wrong and it’s expected of them to use the ramps when they are in trouble. This video that Jesse Terrell took has been viewed over 2.7 million times.
The roads sometimes can be a dangerous place, and somebody gets hurt, and that’s why it is always essential always to be extra careful when you are driving.

Interesting Footage Shows Boeing 777 Getting Struck By Lightning After Takeoff
It would seem that Netherland’s Schiphol Airport will never cease to amaze us with their extraordinary events, both on the ground and just above it. After all the crash landings and <a href="https://rumble.com/v3pgs9-plane-unable-to-land-at-schiphol-airport-amid-heavy-crosswinds.html" target="_blank">heavy crosswinds</a>, it was high time we saw what happens to airplanes taking off from Schiphol airport when a bolt of lightning strikes the bow.
On November 12, a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Boeing 777-300 was shot lining up for take off at Schiphol during horrible weather conditions. The takeoff itself was in order and uneventful, but what happened as the plane started reaching altitude is the star of this show.
Here’s what the person who shot the footage had to say: "The weather conditions were horrible, but it provided me with amazing footage. There was lots of spray during takeoff and wing condensation. This B777-300 lined up on the runway at <a href="https://rumble.com/v34awp-plane-crash-lands-at-amsterdams-schiphol-airport.html" target="_blank">Schiphol</a>. It started the takeoff roll. There was lots of spray below and behind the aircraft. I always keep filming the aircraft till it isn't visible anymore. The great shots happen in the departure or approach. So the lightning strike that occurred was totally unexpected. It shows perfectly how a plane responds to the power of mother nature. After the strike the plane was able keep on flying."
Aircraft often trigger lightning when flying through a heavily charged region of a cloud. In these instances, the lightning flash originates at the airplane and extends away in opposite directions.

Toddler Makes Purple Marker The Next Makeup Trend
Every artist in history has had a period when they would only use a certain color to an excess. Picasso has his blue period. Little Hailey Hummel here is in her purple period.
But unlike most artists, little Hailey likes to transfer her art on to something more alive. Something that is readily available to her. How about, her own body? Now she is a walking <a href="https://rumble.com/v39rjf-inspirational-quotes-create-work-of-art.html" target="_blank">work of art</a>, literally!
Miss Hummel's favorite medium is the purple marker, which she applies all over the palms of her hands, top and bottom, then she drags it up to her elbows and over a little bit, and then proceeds to cover her face. Purple looks good on her pink face and accentuates her emerald green eyes the best, bringing out the cool tones.
She then added depth to her work, by applying accents with some white paint. Doesn't she look stunning?
Good thing dad had his phone camera on and ready, to capture the beauty that his little daughter created. When he tells her that the paint doesn't come off easily, she doesn't seem too distraught. But when dad asks her why she painted herself purple, Hailey doesn't even stop for a second, before throwing her mom under the bus saying she was the one who told her she could!
This is definitely not the first, nor the last time we'll see a toddler mishap like this! A priceless family moment that'll at least make for a hilarious memory! Do you have any classic family stories like this one?

Bird Is Plucking Fur From Sleeping Labrador
We all have a friend who always says that he will cut his hair and never does it! This bird was so tired of his dog friend saying that he will get a new haircut, spoiler alert, he never did so decided to take the matter into his own hands. Claws? Toes?
He used the moment when his friend was sleeping, and he started giving him a haircut. Do you think he would like it? We are not quite sure. In this case, is he being a jerk or is he a helpful friend, who will save him some bucks and a new haircut. Check out this hilarious video of this bird plucking this bear fur, is he a jerk for doing that or is he helping a friend to get a new haircut.
The person who took this funny video wrote about this funny fur-plucking event: “For about two weeks we have been watching the same bird stalking our <a href="https://rumble.com/v603ij-labrador-retriever-is-washing-the-jack-russell-puppies.html" target="_blank">Labrador Retriever</a>, Maple.
When Maple takes a nap, the bird flies down and spends several minutes pulling fur from her side and rear. Then the bird flies into a bush and adds the dog fur to her nest. We have filmed her doing this at least three times. Maple only occasionally wakes up during these “fur harvest” sessions.”
However, the funny thing about this video is that Maple loves this and she is enjoying. This is developing into a fantastic friendship because they seem to have fun and enjoy together because this happens whenever Maple takes a nap.
When the video ends, the sleeping Labrador wakes up for a little bit and sees the bird plucking her fur, AGAIN! Even though the bird flies away this time, they know that she will back again ones Maple falls asleep still.
It great to see how animal friendships evolve in the animal kingdom. We think that is possible for dogs and birds to have a true friendship and that they can be best buddies, whether they are plucking their fur or they are playing fetch, or they are talking to each other. This dog is doing a great deed for this bird; Maple is providing fur for the bird’s nest and her babies.
Talking about a friendship between a dog and a bird, take a look at this <a href="https://rumble.com/v34vrm-meet-chou-chou-briard-and-brandy-the-barking-bird.html" target="_blank">cockatoo communicating with the dog, talking in her language</a>. What are they talking about?
Brandy here is only a distant relative to Einstein, and she has been living with her humans for the past 31 years. When they brought home Chou Chou the pooch, the bird gave her best shot at learning the dog’s language, because this is a new member of the family and communication is a must. The two have been housemates for the last two years as Chou-Chou has been around and Brandy has become a sort of expert in dog language. How funny and adorable are these animals!

Priceless Reaction From 80 Year Old Grandma Getting a Pug Puppy!!!
Info From Licensor: "My husband's grandma Ann which is like my grandma also lost her Rat Terrier on Christmas Eve!! Her name was Pookie and on Christmas Eve Pookie was on the couch and just fell off the couch landing on her back with all 4 legs up which caused grandma Ann to become heart broken!! She got an I pad which she doesn't know how to do a lot but myself plus her daughter Janell taught her how to get on Facebook to like stuff, add friends, and share videos. In January she started to share videos of rescued dogs so 2 months ago I started searching for puppies. My husband Charlie and I have a Pug plus a Boston terrier which she absolutely loves them. On March 11th I finally found her a Pug puppy and set up to pick up a little girl which was a 4 hour round-trip drive. When we got to the house she had a pink bandanna on her and I picked her up which my husband plus I fell in love with the little girl!!! I knew that if Charlie plus myself fell in love with her that grandma Ann would absolutely fall in love with her!! On our way home I told my husband that I want this to be a surprise and I'm going to record it. Once we got close to her house I called her and told her I needed to talk to her about something important. When we got there I told my husband to wait until I tell him to come in. I went inside told grandma Ann to close her eyes, which then I waved for my husband to come in, and when he came in I hit record and you can see the rest......"

Aligned Bricks Fall Perfectly Into Place In A Satisfying Domino Effect
This is the curious moment when a row of precisely-spaced bricks fall perfectly into place thanks to a perfect domino effect. Watch and be amazed as stone workers in Teralba, New South Wales, Australia, have mastered their masonry skills to perfection, managing to finish an entire wall capping in few seconds! Simply amazing!
Footage shows the satisfying moment when a wall capping is performed in only seconds by creating a well-calculated domino followed by a reverse domino effect to finish a stone wall capping in no time. It is amazing how the witty workers came up with a genius idea to successfully cap a stone wall with only one push of a brick, tilting the bricks to the right with the first <a href="https://rumble.com/v4ujvr-awesome-domino-effect-contraption-streamlines-dinner-time-and-even-serves-c.html" target="_blank">domino effect</a>, followed by a reverse domino effect to align the bricks on top of the wall to mere perfection. Magic in its finest!
These workers have perfected the process of capping, i.e. creating a protective top surface for a <a href="https://rumble.com/v3hxv7-real-life-spiderman-climbs-vertical-brick-wall.html" target="_blank">wall structure</a>. The trick is that the bricks are aligned so that when they topple, the top overlaps the bottom of the brick in front, and once all the bricks are knocked over, the last brick lays completely flat. How satisfying to watch!
We give you the quickest technique for aligning bricks, i.e. for letting bricks align for you, while you sit back and relax, while enjoying the overly satisfying process! Another brick in the wall you say? Amazing!
Watching dominoes fall into place is like witnessing magic for the first time. You try to anticipate the outcome, but nothing beats the final result. The blocks fall into place and you see that all the effort you’ve put into aligning them was worth it. This is just so aesthetically pleasing!
Who said that construction has to be tiring and boring all the time. These fellas prove you different by showing how work can sometimes do itself. They have found a very interesting way in which they get the job done along with continuously amusing themselves. So, the blocks have been placed upright which certainly looks weird to begin with. As the worker pushes the first one they take one after the other to tumble done to push into place as the row comes back around. It might sound confusing but go ahead take a look as it will become very clear.
This construction crew in Australia wasn’t even trying to impress anyone. This is, what they say, a standard procedure, they just happened to film it. How satisfied does this make you? Intentional or not, way to go guys!

Bizarre Looking Monkey Slug Caterpillar Comes To Get You
What is this bizarre creature trying to look like? A woman found a strange creature in her home, but little did she know that it was just a Monkey Slug Caterpillar a.k.a. a Hag Moth Caterpillar (Phobetron pithecium).
With no legs and dozen waving tentacles, the thick mat of hair and ample sharp spines, gives the Monkey Slug a pretty distinctive look. This is one of the legless slug caterpillars, which in the end grow up to be moths.
When I first saw this creature, I thought I was looking at some mutant tarantula that had escaped straight from hell. These weird caterpillars are pretty distinctive; they have six hairy legs coming out from their fuzzy body. Their legs have been reduced to suction cups which allow this caterpillar to make slug-like movements.
Imagine the reaction of this woman when she found this creature in her home and didn't know what it was or what to do with it, so she took courage and decided to film it.
According to popular belief, the hairs on this caterpillar can sting you. Basically, you can look at the Monkey Slug and not touch it, which doesn't feel like that much of a challenge.
Often times when people find strange-looking creatures their first instinct is to get as far as possible from that being, or to simply film it (for the more courageous ones). There are many <a href="https://rumble.com/v3095q-strange-creature-alien.html" target="_blank">alien-looking</a> creatures out there, have you got any story to share?

Prepare To Have A Good Laugh When You Hear This Babbling Squirrel
These 10 seconds will make your day, the week and the weekend after it, but first let us ask you this. Have you ever wondered what squirrels say when you leave treats for them? Sure, they’re excited to find some easy kibble, instead of just foraging around for it, but they go by so fast, we never quite get even a simple “thanks for the nuts".
One YouTuber was lucky enough to actually receive gratification for the treats he left for the friendly neighborhood squirrel. He caught the chubby little rodent on video, but there was a catch - the squirrel didn’t speak any English. Thank goodness K. John Stewart speaks perfect squirrel-ish and was more than happy to translate what the chubby guest was saying.
We imagine that the hyper little critters would sound exactly like Stewart is dubbing it. The squirrel, named Ramon, kept popping up on K’s porch after he started leaving walnuts out for him and his buddies. They usually just drop by, shove as many as they can into the pouches on their cheeks and hop away, but this guy had to stick around for a snack. After all, he has to maintain his gorgeous, round figure!
In case you are really good with your hands and you have some extra time, then definitely check out this <a href="https://rumble.com/v3oub3-red-squirrel-lodge-luxury-feeder.html" target="_blank">luxury squirrel feeder in the shape of a lodge</a>. Heroic Bystander Takes Down Moped-Riding Criminals
As dramatic dash cam videos go, this one is no different. On November 19, one man decided to jump and take down two criminals on a moped, after they snatchad a woman’s bag right from her arm in the streets of North London.
Two thieves with their helmets on are driving around on a <a href="https://rumble.com/v3ssqx-moped-mugging-gang-who-tried-to-snatch-george-osbornes-phone-to-be-sentence.html" target="_blank">moped</a> in front of the car filming them. They seem to minding their business, going where they need to be, but in the far left they notice a lone pedestrian crossing the street in Islington. The driver mounts the pavement so that his passenger can <a href="https://rumble.com/news/v1813-woman-fights-back-snatch-thief-with-a-knee-to-the-stomach.html" target="_blank">snatch the woman’s handbag</a> from her shoulder and they drive off, as the victim looks in horror.
However, they did not count on the good Samaritan just a few feet down the street, who heard the woman’s calls of distress. The man jumps on the moped, grabs the pillion passenger holding the snatched purse and wrestles him to the ground.
The suspect squirmed free to rejoin his accomplice but lost the bag in the brawl. As the impromptu hero checks himself for injuries, the shocked driver says: "You alright mate? Don’t worry I’ve got it all on camera."
Security experts have warned of a predicted rise in moped-enabled criminal activity including robbery in the run up to Christmas.

Mailman Experiences A Series Of Unfortunate Events
There are two things that you can always count on your mailman to do - ring twice and deliver always! But one postal worker made one very special, yet unwanted delivery on December 14, when he clipped a mailbox, fell out of his truck and got almost run over by his own delivery vehicle on the streets of Oklahoma city.
The owner of the footage says: "It’s the Christmas season and delivery people are busy. Let’s hope none of them have a bad day like this. I heard a very loud noise outside, so we ran to see what occurred. We found the mailman and his truck in the neighbor's yard and house. After watching our home surveillance, we found that he had hit a mailbox, fallen out of his truck and got run over., followed by the mail truck crashing into the house. Thankfully, he was okay minus a few cuts and scrapes."
Talk about a series of unfortunate events! The footage shows the truck driving slowly down Northwest 130th street in the Oklahoma city suburbs, when the driver loses control of the vehicle and it slams the curb. From there is just one blunder after the other.
Inertia forces the <a href="https://rumble.com/v3il1z-mailman-stops-at-94-yr-old-womans-house-hears-crying-inside-and-breaks-down.html' target="_blank">mailman</a> out of the open sides of the truck. He falls down on the street, where inertia takes a second slam at the poor man and swerves the truck on top of him! While the mailman tries to get quickly back on his feet, the truck drives slowly but surely into the corner of the nearby house, where it stops. But that didn’t mean the end of the postal worker’s worries; he actually trips over his own feet while running to stop the truck from making further damages to suburbia.
If you ever needed proof that Christmas is a time of miracles, then here it is! The man manages to get his truck back and continue on his route as <a href="https://rumble.com/v357re-5282186.html" target="_blank">Santa</a>’s helper. Whether the damages were fixed in unknown.

People Kept Stealing This Man's Delivery Boxes So He Used A Blank Ammo Trick To Protect His Property
Before we begin telling you about this clip, we have to say that by no means do we think this is a bright idea. Effective yes, but not the brightest. A man by the name of Jaireme Barrow spent a solid amount of time in his life wondering where his packages have gone from his front porch. Seeing how he lives in a house that look out on a street, he set up a security camera, only to discover that not just one, but several people have had the nerve to climb those couple of steps and take the packages as if they were their own.
As he witnessed in his crystal-clear security footage how pirate by pirate came by and picked up what was his, he didn’t want names or to press charges. He wanted good, old fashioned revenge.
In an attempt to scare those <a href="https://rumble.com/v46elv-package-thief-returns-special-gift.html" target="_blank">thieves</a> away for good, without actually having to watch over his deliveries, he “invented” TheBlankBox. With people wanting to surprise people they care about with a package delivered to their front door, only for it to be picked up by someone else, there is a myriad of people who would love to secure their possessions.
The dummy <a href="https://rumble.com/v41ebl-box-rigged-for-package-thief.html" target="_blank">box</a> is placed on a porch for the world to see. What the world doesn’t see is the 12-gauge shotgun blank inside. All it takes is for some poor, unfortunate soul to show their curious nature and cue the schadenfreude!
To clear things up, the Tacoma police department have said that the device may look illegal, but there are still no open cases against its inventor. Even though these blanks can, in fact, hurt people, Barrow insists that the device is completely safe for the user and the target. They just make a really loud bang that dissuades sticky fingers from ever inching towards your porch.
The story called “<a href="https://rumble.com/v4f67u-man-sets-up-booby-trap-to-get-revenge-on-package-thief-catches-his-demise-o.html" target="_blank">Man Sets Up Booby Trap To Get Revenge On Package Thief, Catches His Demise On Film</a>” stirred much attention on social media. It seems the public was likewise irritated by random thieves and was not hesitating to speak their minds. There were lots of comments and alternative ideas for how to get rid of people who take what does not belong to them. These are just a few of the comments:
“There is another way for homeowners to create instant karma for package thieves. They should set up a trap within the box which looks like any other parcel on the outside - a stink bomb which sets off when the package is moved. As the thief flees, the fetid fluid embeds in their clothing and on their skin. The goal of the homeowner is to teach those to leave what isn't theirs alone,” says Daniel on Rumble.
“Use a dye pack like banks do, they are radio controlled and magnetic tripped. When the box is placed down, it is stored next to a magnetic plate, in standby or safe mode. When and if the box is lifted or removed from the magnetic plate, the pack is armed, and once it leaves the porch and passes through the frame, a radio transmitter located at the opening of the porch triggers a timer (typically at least 10 seconds), after which the dye pack explosively releases an aerosol (usually of Disperse Red 9) and sometimes tear gas, and mark the body with a bright stain. The chemical reaction causing the explosion of the pack and the release of the dye creates high temperatures of about (392 °F) which further discourages a criminal from touching the package or removing it from the getaway vehicle. Let them figure out how to get rid of the dye stain,” adds Death_at_the_Door on Rumble.

Guy Attempts To Open Bottle With IPhone
You buy a beer on your way home, happily thinking of that moment when you can crack it open and relax with a frothy brew. But then you can’t find the bottle opener! You know it was around here somewhere, but no matter how much you search, you can’t find it. Everyone one has had this frustrating experience, right?
Actually, you can get that cap off even without a bottle opener. Of course, a bottle opener is best, and the other methods carry certain risks, but desperate times call for desperate measures! We decided to try out various different methods for removing bottle caps, including one that puts your iPhone to a new use.
There’s a way to open a bottle of <a href="https://rumble.com/v4lsh1-golden-retriever-beer-chug.html" target="_blank">beer</a> using another bottle of beer. If you wedge the cap of bottle A under the cap of bottle B and lift as you would with a bottle opener, one or the other of the bottles with open. This method is popular all over the world and is commonly used when a bottle opener can’t be found.
However, there is one issue. Once you’ve opened beer A, you have no way to open beer B, unless you have a beer C. The last bottle poses a problem. In that case, try one of the methods below.
If you place the tip of the spoon’s bowl under the fringe of the bottle cap and prize it up, you’ll be able to open the bottle. You can also use the handle of the spoon, but this takes a little more skill and power because you don’t have as much leverage.
You can also open a beer with your iPhone 4 or 4S. Turn the phone upside down and wedge the top rim under the fringe of the bottle cap. Brace the phone using the hand holding the bottle, then push up on the cap with all your strength. The cap should come off.
Of course, your phone can easily get scratched using this method, so we can’t really recommend it. By the way, you can also use an iPhone 3GS, and that model is easier to use and less likely to be damaged.
So, those are a few of the ways you can open a bottle without a bottle opener. Hopefully you won’t have many chances to use it, since you’ll have an opener handy. However, in an emergency, it certainly wouldn’t hurt to know these <a href="https://rumble.com/v7878l-how-survival-skills-may-have-saved-young-girls-who-survived-in-wilderness-f.html" target="_blank">survival skills</a>.

Dog Rescued After Being Snatched by Anaconda
Occurred on December 14, 2019 / Jaborandi, Sao Paulo, Brazil
Info from Licensor: "We were riding our bikes and had a surprise. While reaching into a river for a drink of water, one of our dogs was surprised by an anaconda approximately four meters long, which quickly pulled him into the water. When I heard their screams, I ran to see what was happening. When I saw him, he was wrapped completely and sank into the water. Immediately, I jumped into the water, and with the grace of God, I managed to find them underwater, and pulled them out of the water where, with the help of my companions, we were able to release it from the deadly embrace, without any serious problems aside from the bite, and without hurting the snake, releasing it back to your environment."

Sweet Dog Rescues Stranded Earthworms And We Can't Get Enough Of Her Compassionate Side
Dogs are extraordinary creatures. Their level of compassion is unrivaled and their ability to learn new things quickly amazes us all.
Holliday is no exception, and this is what her mom has to say about her:
"This is my dog, Holliday, a border collie/German shepherd mix. I rescued her from Felines & Canines in Chicago when she was a puppy. Holliday is picking up and saving live <a href="https://rumble.com/v2zg76-earthworms-provide-cancer-fighting-bacteria.html?mref=8102&mrefc=8">earthworms</a> from the hot road. She gently picks them up in her mouth and then carries them over to the grass. On walks, she will run around the neighborhood and look for stray earth worms and bugs to save. She will spot the worms far in advance, and run over as fast as she can to save them. Sometimes, she even tries to save the dried, dead ones. She was never taught this behavior, although when she was a puppy, my mom would take the earthworms from the road and throw them in the grass. The only way I can think that Holliday learned this behavior, is from watching my mom when we come home for the weekends. Holliday has been doing this for about a year and a half now."
Can it get any sweeter than this?! Everybody definitely needs a Hollie. She’s a true gem.

Utility Truck Drives With Boom And Basket Up, Narrowly Avoids Disaster
Texan media could have had a field trip with the news if word got out that a utility truck was driving around the city with the boom and basket still up! An truck driver from an unknown utility company failed to check if his vehicle was ready to hit the highway made for quite a sighting.
The clip was shot on Interstate 10 in El Paso, Texas, of a utility vehicle with its bucket extended upward, driving under the signs on the road and barely missing each bar. The incredibly tall and massive truck rolls down the highway and each time it approaches a sign, the hairs on your back rise in expectation to see what kind of damage will it cause. Luckily, the boom seems to be missing the bars by a very slim margin, missing each as it passes under.
You would think that someone - anyone - would be proactive enough to roll alongside the truck and sign the driver that his vehicle isn’t fit to ride, instead of just recording the distracted driver and hoping he will make a mess. The owner of this video has said that it was in fact him, right after he caught up with the vehicle, who rolled near the driver and told him about the basket being extended. The driver was grateful, before stopping to the side to mend the situation.

Jordan The Feline Cat Burglar
Occurred in August, 2020 / Altoona, Pennsylvania, USA
Info from Licensor: "Jordan the feline cat burglar likes to steal shoes. After his owner, BJ, kept finding piles of shoes in her yard, she installed a security camera and discovered her kitty was the culprit of stealing up to 50 pairs of her neighbor's shoes. A GPS collar then revealed that Jordan would roam up to eight miles from her home to find shoes to bring home. BJ then set up a facebook group to help reunite the shoes with thier owners, making the kleptomaniac cat a local celebrity."
