Pro-Abortion Activists Target Homes of Justice Alito, Other Conservative Justices
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, covered the May 9 protest in front of the family home of Justice Samuel Alito organized by ShutDownDC.
In the days after the leak, pro-abortion protesters gathered at the Supreme Court, by now the activists are targeting where the conservative justices live.
The march through the residential neighborhood comes after similar demonstrations in front of other conservative justices, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
The march to Alito's home comes one week after the German-owned media outlet "Politico" posted a leaked draft of Alito's draft majority opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health case, in which the jurist calls for the overturn of the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that created the constitutional right to an abortion.

GOP Message to Faith Voters after Roe Leak: Thank God for President Trump, Elections Matter
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed Paris Dennard, the national spokesman for the Republican National Committee, about the political aftermath after the German-owned media outlet "Politico" leaked the draft of Justice Samuel Alito's majority opinion in the Dobbs v. Dennard said the GOP is messaging to faith voters that Republicans can be trusted to protect life, as demonstrated by President Donald J. Trump and his three critical appointments to the Supreme Court.
The spokesman said elections matter and Democrats have already shown that when they have the power, they appointed extreme pro-abortion officials and judges and pushed similarly extreme regulations and legislation.

Native Americans Call Out ‘Woke’ Chamber of Commerce CEO’s Faux Apology
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed Tony Henson, the president of the Native American Guardians Association, about why he is disappointed by the insincere apology by U.S. Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Suzanne Clark after she posted a photo of herself with two youngsters in traditional Native American war bonnets.
After the photo went viral, Clark sent an apology to her staff and then sent that apology to a Politico paywall site.
Henson told Star News Network his community is still waiting for their apology.
"She thinks that it's okay to put that out there to the world, was really, really disappointing. And, so that's why we felt that we needed to step up and hold her to account for it," he said.
Henson, whose North Dakota-based organization is dedicated to promoting the recognition of Native American heritage and fights against left-wing efforts to eradicate references to Native Americans and their heritage from America's culture, said Clark was not being sincere.
"It was not heartfelt. It was more dismissive and was just kinda hoping that she could run out the clock and just have this go away. We have a problem with that," Henson said.
Instead of trying to make the incident go away, Clark should take the opportunity to reach out to Native Americans, he said.
"We want to be able to have a dialogue with her, with the Chamber of Commerce, and find out some questions is like, what are you doing for the Native American community? What role do Native Americans have in your organization?" he said.
Henson said the Chamber of Commerce promotes itself as a woke organization, but Clark turned that upside down.
"She basically did the most unwoke thing you could do by appropriating the culture kind of in a very dismissive way," he said. "If they're going to be all about wokeness, then that's fine, I guess. But when it comes back and hits close to home, kind of the shoe's on the other foot now."
Instead of flying to Washington to meet Clark, it would be better for Clark to fly west and meet with Native Americans, he said.
"If she really wants to be woke, she could wake up at the reservation."

Talk Radio’s ‘Godzilla of Truth’ John Fredericks on Attack
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed radio talk show host John Fredericks "The Godzilla of Truth" about how his show is different from other shows just after he hosted an April town meeting with Pennsylvania GOP hopeful, Dr. Mehmet Oz.
"A lot of my competitors go in a studio, they bring them the paper, somebody brings them a hot chocolate with whipped cream on it. Then they have a coach there, they have a studio, it's all comfortable, air-conditioned," Fredericks said.
"We go out like we are today. We go to the Oz event. We bring it to you live so you can decide," he said.
The host is heard on stations in the Virginia, Georgia, and Pennsylvania media markets, along with his online audience, and he is the publisher of the Star News Network sites The Virginia Star, The Georgia Star News and The Pennsylvania Daily Star.
Fredericks, who also hosts the TV show "Outside the Beltway" on Real America's Voice, said he has the freedom other hosts don't have because he owns the radio stations he is on--he owns the pipes.
"Our vision from the beginning was to buy the stations that we want to be at, take on the debt, and what we've learned is when you own the radio stations with the FCC and you own the license, as long as you stay within their legal framework, you can't get censored," he said.
The talk show host said in the end, the show works because he is building a community.
"Well, we're basically a meeting place for everybody in the America First movement, either in the movement or want to come in the movement or want to learn about the movement."

Justices Signal They'll Rule in Favor of Football Coach Fired for Praying
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, covered the oral arguments heard April 25, 2022, by Supreme Court justices in the Kennedy v. Bremerton School District case.
Joe Kennedy was an assistant football coach at Bremerton High School and that Washington State school district fired Kennedy, because he continued to pray on the football field and he allowed others, such as players to join him.
The school district said the Marine combat veteran's actions were an endorsement of religious activities forbidden by the Constitution's Establishment Clause.
Kennedy's attorney, First Liberty's Paul Clement, told the justices that the only offense that triggered the coach's dismissal seven years ago was that he prayed on the football field.
Clement said that even young students understand that just because religious speech takes place inside the school's gates, it does not mean that the government has endorsed the religious speech or that it is the establishment of a state religion.
Clement, a man who has made more than 100 arguments before the high court, told the justices, Kennedy's prayers after the game, when the players were heading off the field, did not establish a government compelled religious activity but were his private and protected devotion.
Michael Berry, the general counsel for First Liberty and a member of Kennedy's legal team, told The Star News Network questions by justices Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh, signaled that the Supreme Court was reluctant to further restrict religious rights as a consequence of the case.
"If the coach, instead of taking a knee for prayer, took a knee during the National Anthem because of moral opposition to racism, how would your school district respond? Would that be government speech?" Thomas asked.
"How far hard does that go? A coach does the sign of the cross right before the game," Kavanaugh asked.
"I think both of those questions, the one from Justice Thomas and the one from Justice Kavanaugh show that the court wants to issue a ruling that is going to protect free speech," Berry said. "It's going to protect religious freedom. They just want to figure out where they should draw that line."
The hurdle for the Bremerton School District was that the coach was never accused of coercion before he was fired, yet it was the centerpiece of their arguments.
"It seemed from the argument, opposing counsel wanted the case to be about something entirely different than it's actually about," Berry said.
Supreme Court bar member, George Braun told the Star News Network that as he kept score, it looked good for the coach.
"I believe that coach Kennedy will be coaching football again next fall, and from what I understand, the team could really use him."

Dr. Yan: Trump’s Covid-19 Actions Saved American Lives
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed former World Health Organization researcher and Wuhan virus whistleblower Dr. Li-Meng Yan, who told him about the actions of President Donald J. Trump saved American lives.
Yan said the Chinese Communist Party intended for the COVID-19 virus to spread around China and the world by Chinese all over China and the world when they travel to their hometowns for the Chinese lunar new year celebrations.
This scheme was disrupted by Trump's ban on air travel from China, she said.
Yan said Trump was also hampered by medical and scientific experts who should have told him that COVID-19 was developed in U.S.-financed Chinese labs, but instead, because they are compromised, they lied to him and pushed the natural origin theory.
The doctor said Trump's intelligence agencies were also no help to him because they did not understand medical intelligence, especially in China, so they had to rely on the compromised scientists.

Trump Cheers 2020 Election Doc ‘Rigged’ at Mar-a-Lago Premiere
President Donald J. Trump joined hundreds of MAGA luminaries, supporters of Citizens United and cast members of the documentary "Rigged," which exposes how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spent $400 million to rig the 2020 election against Trump, at its April 5, 2022 premiere.
David Bossie, the president of Citizens United and one of the executive producers of the film, told the crowd that completing the film and having it premiere at the president's Palm Beach, Florida, resort Mar-a-Lago was a dream come true.
In his own remarks, the president said that he used to say that without borders, you have no country, but now he says you need borders and honest elections.
Trump told the audience he loves movies like, "Citizen Kane," "Gone With The Wind" and "Titanic," but this is the one movie he really wanted to see.
Attorney Cleta Mitchell, a member of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, said that she got involved in the film, because Americans need to hear the story of how Zuckerberg used tax-deductible funds to swing an election in violation of the IRS code.
Elections Integrity attorney Christina Bobb said that the research into what happened in 2020 documented in "Rigged" is just the beginning, and across the country states are tightening up their laws to prevent the irregularities that Zuckerberg financed from happening again.

Solomon: How My Now-Validated Ukraine-Biden Family Reporting Began
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed veteran Washington reporter and editor John Solomon about his the stories he broke about corruption in Ukraine, many of them involving the Biden family, for The Hill newspaper.
Although, there was a newsroom protest against Solomon, who as a news columnist had more latitude than staff reporters, an editorial review of his articles showed that all of them were factual.
Solomon said his reporting on Ukraine and the Biden Family began in late 2018 with a tip from someone inside the FBI, then documents that gave him, in effect, a road map, along with the information that Hunter Biden was under investigation.

Jones Blasts Collins' $456K Campaign Loan After Feds Forgave His Nearly $1 Million PPP Loan
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, interviewed Trump-endorsed Georgia GOP hopeful Vernon Jones about his reaction to the revelation that his primary opponent in Georgia’s 10th Congressional District, Mike Collins, lent his campaign $465,000 after he received a now-forgiven Payroll Protection Program loan for $920,000.
Jones dropped out of his gubernatorial primary challenge to Gov. Brian P. Kemp at the request of President Donald J. Trump, so as to clear the field for former senator David A. Perdue Jr.
The former Democratic state representative said he isn't opposed to candidates supporting their own campaign, but he is troubled by Collins apparently supporting his campaign after receiving government largess.
Jones said he would never use public money to support his political campaigns. The primary is May 24, 2022.

Barrasso tells America First Energy Forum Biden 'All Hat, No Cattle'
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, attended the March 31, 2022, Washington-based America First Policy Institute forum "Unleashing U.S. Energy Dominance," where Sen. John A. Barrasso III (R.-Wyo.), the ranking member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, gave the keynote address.
Barrasso told the audience of conservative and energy policy leaders
that President Joseph R. Biden Jr. was a disappointment because he made big promises, but he has no follow-through. "In Wyoming, when people make all these statements but don't have anything to show for it, they say: 'All hat and no cattle.'"
The senator said if Biden was serious about fixing the energy economy, he would do three things: Call off the regulatory attack dogs targeting energy producers, loosen the permitting for pipelines and natural gas export terminals and stop vilifying Americans working in the oil and gas industry.

Trump, Perdue Back Buckhead City Effort Prior to May 24 Ballot Question
Neil W. McCabe, the national political director of The Star News Network, interviewed Republican candidate for governor David A. Perdue Jr. and Bill White, the chairman and CEO of Buckhead City, about the effort by residents of the Atlanta neighborhood of Buckhead to make it once again an independent municipality.
Perdue, a former senator opposing Gov. Brian Kemp in the May 24 primary, said the governor sold out the people of Georgia in many ways, including his failure to back the Buckhead independence movement.
At his March 26, 2022, rally in Commerce, Georgia, President Donald J. Trump namechecked Buckhead City and told the tens of thousands of his supporters there that White was one of his best and oldest friends.
White told McCabe the key factor driving the residents to leave Atlanta is the need for them to take over their own affairs, especially as the neighborhood suffers its current crime wave, and the Atlanta mayor does not provide the law enforcement officers they need.
Although Republican Party leaders blocked enabling legislation at the statehouse, White said organizers successfully placed the question on the statewide May 24 GOP primary ballot as a test of the effort's support.

Charge: Rove Manipulated Missouri Senate Hopeful Greitens' Ex-Wife to Commit Perjury
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, attended the March 29, 2022, press conference held by Tim Parlatore, the attorney for Missouri GOP Senate hopeful Eric Greitens, about how Republican establishment mandarin Karl Rove worked with the hopeful's ex-wife Sheena Greitens as she crafted an affidavit that claimed her ex-husband was abusive.
Parlatore told reporters in front of Washington's Prettyman Federal Courthouse that this new affidavit, notarized March 14, 2022, contradicts her May 15, 2020 affidavit, sworn as she was finalizing her divorce.
When two affidavits conflict, one of them must be false, and that is evidence of perjury, the lawyer said.
If it can be proven that Rove facilitated the ex-wife second affidavit, which Parlatore said is the false affidavit, then Rove is also guilty of a crime.
The lawyer said Greitens believes that his ex-wife is a victim of political operators, and so are his children, so he is not looking to retaliate against her.

Dr. Yan: ChiComs launched COVID-19 at Wuhan's Oct. 2019 World Military Games
Neil W. McCabe, the national political director of The Star News Network, spoke to former World Health Organization immunologist and Wuhan virus whistleblower about what she said was the first attempt by Chinese President Jin-Ping Xi and the Chinese Communist Party to release the COVID-19 virus at the October 2019 World Military Games held in Wuhan.
The researcher, who was tasked with figuring out the origins of COVID-19 while working at the WHO facilities in Hong Kong, said the Chinese attempted to launch COVID-19 as a bioweapon at the seventh running of the military games, which are staged as an Olympic-like event.
Yan said that Chinese military theory teaches that launching bioweapons at large gatherings is both effective and difficult to trace.
The medical doctor said although the evidence shows that the Chinese targeted the World Military Games, she does not know why it was an unsuccessful attempt.

Collins said he decided to run for the seat that became vacant when Rep. Jody B. Hice, while traveling to Ohio for a speech. Source: Tennessee Democratic Leaders Plan to Take Iraq Vet State Rep. John Mark Windle off Ballot
Neil W. McCabe, the national political editor of The Star News Network, reported that TSSN has learned that there is a plot among Tennessee Democratic Party leaders to remove State Rep. John Mark Windle from the Democratic primary ballot after April 7, the deadline for candidates to qualify--because of his support of gun rights.
Making the decision after the April 7 deadline means that Windle would be without options, and would have no choice but to sit out the 2022 election cycle.
Windle was first elected to represent the 91th District in 1990, and during his tenure, he has served as his party's majority leader and as an officer in the Tennessee National Guard. Colonel Windle deployed to Kosovo, and to two combat tours in Iraq. It was during his first tour that the then-major was injured in a mortar attack.
John I. Harris III, a founder and the executive director of the Tennessee Firearms Association, told The Star News Network that there was a time when it was common for Tennessee Democrats to support gun rights.
Now, he said, a small cadre of progressives has taken control of the party's agenda, and it is now vehemently anti-gun rights.
