This is the heartwarming moment when a lady gets a complete makeover that makes her feel pretty again. Mary has been a big fan of Christopher's work, so when her granddaughter first suggesting paying him a visit, she had some hesitations at first. When the makeover was complete, she was a new woman! If you have worn your hair long for most of your life, it can be very intimidating to go to the salon and ask for a change, but the end result can be refreshing and liberating. Elise had had enough of her very long thick curly (bushy) hair. The staff played a little joke on me telling her to tell me she wanted a change but to keep the length. I fell for it.
