A day in the life of a chipmunk can be pretty tough. This adorable chipmunk was first observed poking it's head out from a drain pipe but it was quickly realized that it was hiding from a hawk that was circling directly overhead. The drain pipe was a perfect hiding spot for this little guy. This chipmunk took refuge for about 10 minutes when the hawk finally gave up and flew away. We catch the chipmunk checking if the coast is clear and finally making his escape.
