It is the most magical time of the year - families far and wide whip out their trees, ornaments and fairy lights and create their own version of a fairy tale winter wonderland. Everything shines and glistens like it’s made of ice, bringing a sense of calm and beauty in people’s homes. But, homes that include a four-legged family member don’t get to experience and calm Christmas hen the lights come up. If it twinkles or moves even with the slightest breeze, you can bet the shirt on your back that the family pet will take that thing down with one swift move of the paw. Sometimes it is the dog that can ruin Christmas. If it doesn’t attack the ornaments, then it probably pees on the log; you better go and check. But most often it is cat owners that will probably never feel the true joy that are <a href="https://rumble.com/v3zbxj-funny-cat-inspects-christmas-decorations.html">Christmas decorations</a> ever again. Why? Because those adorable fur babies that we love to cuddle with and pet until our hands fall off can turn into vicious beasts on a mission to knock over every Christmas decoration in the world! Here to demonstrate this very fact is Shorty the cat. No matter how simple or elaborate the ornaments that get placed in front of him are, Shorty will stop at nothing to have them knock on the ground, thrown aboard, obliterated! No matter if it’s wooden or sparkly, small or large, this feline beast will dismiss every notion you have for the holiday, to the point of you running for cover with tear-filled eyes. “No, not the <a href="https://rumble.com/v33001-the-nutcracker-by-kodi-the-cat.html">Nutcracker</a>!” Own a cat? Then you can probably relate to this! Check out what happens every single time an ornament is placed next to this kitty. Hilarious!

Can you keep doors closed in your home? There are 2 kinds of cats in this world: those who can open doors, and those who just bang and bang and bang until you open it for them. Either way, this cat owner can't have doors closed in his home. As you can see, it's not so easy with clever Kodi around!

Ever felt so tired to get ready and go to the gym and work out? Instead of going to the gym you tell yourself to stay at home and try some workout videos you’ve been watching them all year? However, working from home does not always goes as plan. Sometimes instead of working out alone in peace, we end up working out with your pet? How did that happen? We guess they want to spend some quality time with us and work out with us and that is what exactly happened to this guy when his cat decided to join him in his yoga routine. Cats are incredible creatures. It seems that no matter how much we try to describe them, we can never do it in one word. There are so many sides to a cat, and they switch between them all in the blink of an eye. They can be real angels, nudging you with their marshmallow paws on your chest and looking at you with round intelligent eyes, knowing that you need some <a href="https://rumble.com/v3ujlf-thats-a-tasty-looking-foot..-think-ill-eat-it.html" target="_blank">furry love</a>. They also love to wake you up with those same paws in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. They are brilliant creatures, and they can weather any storm on their own. It seems like you can never truly domesticate them and it’s fine, they are perfect each way. However, at times they can be distracting, say, right at that time when you need to do yoga and you need all the concentration possible. Just ask this owner, he’s got lots of experience with these cuddly and extremely needy furballs. In the footage we can see him trying to do yoga and exercise and his beloved pets are right there, <a href="https://rumble.com/v35dgw-5289584.html" target="_blank">in his face</a>. They beg for his attention, sneaking underneath him while he’s doing push-ups and stroking his face with their tails. They bump into him on occasion during their stroll around the house, and they would amp up the volume of their fight so he can’t have his peace of mind while meditating. Check it out as this kitty joins his owner alongside his yoga routine. Priceless! He looks like wants to show his owner that he can work and get in shape too! Unfortunately, it’s not enough space for both of them! So, someone needs to leave, and we know that is not going to be the cat! Kitty sabotage!

Even if you do not have a cat, then most likely you saw videos with furry rascals dropping various things from tables, shelves and other places where people usually put things. If you ever wondered why they are doing this, and what is happening in their small cat's brains, then you have come just to the right place because we have the answers to these questions. In the video above you can see a typical representative of felines and their devious activities. The owner of this cat regularly comes home to a very clean desk which is not the way he leaves it. The floor, however, is covered in random papers, receipts, money, USB sticks, and everything else that used to be on his desk. He finally catches the culprit red-pawed, as Shorty carefully sends each item tumbling to the ground followed by a blank stare. Why do you think they do it? "’Playing with the prey’ is the usual feline behavior while hunting. When a cat pushes an immovable object with its paw, it also "plays". A cat's instinct tells your cat that the trinkets lying next to it on the table can turn out to be <a href="https://rumble.com/v30r21-do-cats-really-love-mice.html" target="_blank">mice</a>. Even a chubby tabby wouldn’t miss the opportunity to have a quick snack, so they push things to be 100% sure that this is not a living thing. When a thing falls to the floor, the cat realizes that this is just a purse, not a mouse, and quickly loses interest in it, " writes Dr. Whiteley.

Cats are predisposed to enjoy play-stalking and hunting. There is no doubt that some cats are sneaky, too. Maybe even creepy. Perhaps…scary. Shorty knows how to make the most of the limited time she has to make her move. If she wasn’t stopped at her feet. The end result? Hilarious. Kodi and Shorty are not on best terms. <a href="https://rumble.com/v3v0vd-sneaky-stalking-cat.html" target="_blank">Stalking</a> doesn’t resonate well enough in Kodi’s head. She won’t have Shorty stalking their human, or his shoelaces and she will stop her by any means possible. But Shorty makes her human happy and she knows that stalking is one of her favorite hobbies so he doesn’t mind it at all, giggling under his chin. Since cats’ owners are usually the only thing moving in home, they attract their <a href="https://rumble.com/v3216n-cute-cats-are-stalking-the-camera.html" target="_blank">cats’</a> attention. Additionally, when cats stalk them and finally catch up, they respond in an entertaining way. They act act startled and make a noise. Joining in this game, is funny for both sides. Shorty is staring intently at her owner in the distance. She hunkers down, her tail swishing back and forth ever-so-slightly. Then she rises, just a bit, and stalks forward in her crouched position, inching closer to her owner that is bearing her intense scrutiny as you wonder to yourself: “Why does this cat want to stalk her owner?” And maybe we would have got the answer to the question if it wasn’t for Kodi to ruin everything. This spoil-sport kills the joy of stalking, by zooming out of the blue and straight in front of Shorty, blocking her way to the prey. You can just see the black cat thinking at the end, "I'll get you next time!"

It's easy to be distracted and leave plastic bags on the floor or within reach of curious pets and children. Whether they're hiding in them, playing with them, or eating them, pets and children can be easily suffocated or ingest a dangerous amount of plastic. Footage shows a black cat by the name of Shorty neatly entangled in a plastic bag having the time of his life, until he realizes that he is feeling trapped and tries to escape, but to no avail. <a href="https://rumble.com/v39win-for-some-reason-this-cat-loves-plastic-bags.html" target="_blank">Cats are naturally attracted to plastic bags</a>, but owners should know that it only takes a second for a cat to wrangle themselves into an inescapable situation, which can sometimes have a negative outcome. It only takes seconds to get trapped in a <a href="https://rumble.com/v3ltcb-kenya-imposes-worlds-toughest-plastic-bags-law.html" target="_blank">plastic bag</a> and panic sets soon. The handle tightens around the neck through movement and can lead to suffocation in minutes. Owners often leave their shopping bags on the floor or around the house where their pets can easily reach. Shorty started to play with the plastic bag and owner found it as a good opportunity to make a video for all the unsuspecting owners and parents out there, and warn about the actual damages that an innocent plastic bag can do to our loved ones. It is a good lesson to learn! In addition, licking or eating plastic bags can be harmful to your cat. The biggest concern is eating the plastic which can get caught in her stomach or intestine that could require surgery. Please keep all plastic away from cats if possible! Have you ever set your groceries down only to come back to a kitchen that has been transformed into the meeting place for all of the plastic bags in your home? Cats can be real jerks sometimes!
