Dr Brian Hooker is the Chief Scientific Officer at Children’s Health Defence. He holds 5 patents and is the author of over 70 peer reviewed scientific publications, of which over 20 cover the epidemiology of vaccine injury. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering. And he has a Masters of Science and a doctorate, both in biochemical engineering. Dr Hooker has been active in vaccine safety since 2001. He was a Professor of Biology at Simpson University. In 2013 and 2014, Dr Hooker worked with CDC whistleblower Dr William Thompson to expose fraud and corruption within vaccine safety research in the CDC. He has co-authored a book called “Vax -Unvax, Let the science speak”, with Robert Kennedy Junior. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Dr Hooker tells us about the 2004 study that the CDC scientist, Dr William Thompson, co authored. It concluded that their was no relationship between autism and the first MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccination. See reference below, DeStefano et al.2004. - In 2013 Dr Thompson called Dr Hooker (9 years after the paper had been published) and asked him to look at the data from his 2004 paper. Dr Hooker found a safety signal for African American males who were vaccinated before 36 months, which Dr Thompson confirmed. They were 3.5 times more likely to have autism then those vaccinated after 3 years of age. Dr Thompson revealed that the CDC had known about this since 2001 and had shredded all the data, and concealed the results. - Dr Thompson also knew about CDC fraud regarding injury from mercury in the Hepatitis B, DTAP and haemophilus influenzae B vaccines. - They reviewed this data together for 10 months and over approximately 40 to 50 phone calls. - The MMR study fraud involved diluting out all the children without a valid Georgia birth certificate, thereby making the sample size so small, it was not statistically significant and the safety signal was not reported. - Dr Hooker noted that 80% of all autism is regressive. -- Dr Thompson made a statement in 2014, published via his attorney, testifying to the fact that he and the other authors omitted statistically significant results in that 2004 paper. See references below for the statement. - Dr Hooker did his own study and published in 2014. But after the CDC whistleblower story came out, his paper was retracted and labelled “a danger to public health”. He published another study in 2018. “Reanalysis of CDC Data on Autism Incidence and Time of First MMR Vaccination”. See references below. - There are 9 studies by independent researchers comparing health outcomes of the unvaccinated to the vaccinated. They are reviewed in his book, Vax-Unvax, see Chapter 2. - Dr Hooker tells us that this year alone, in the USA, the children’s vaccination schedule increased from 73 shots to 103, before age 18. So they’ve added 30 shots. - We discuss the Control group problem. The Control group in vaccine trials is not a saline placebo. It has something in it. Eg the Gardasil 2007 trial, the control contained a highly toxic amorphous aluminium hydroxyphosphate sulfate. Which is a strong adjuvant. Then in the second Gardasil trial of 2014, (called Gardasil 9) they used the old Gardasil (Gardasil 4) in the control group. This masks the adverse events found in the vaccinated arm of the trials, because the adverse events are found in both arms of the trial. - Dr Hooker tells us that then CDC director, Julie Gerberding approved the Gardasil vaccine, and then one year later she left the CDC and had a position at Merck. - We ask Dr Hooker why is thimerosal (mercury) in vaccines at all. Which ones is it in and what side effects occur. We also discuss the danger of vaccines containing mercury for the unborn child (prenatal shots). - Dr Hooker tells us that the CDC now has recommended 2 flu shots per child under 9, per year. But the multidose vial for influenza contains mercury which has a near infinite half life. - Dr Hooker tells us about his son, who was vaccinated on time. His son was speaking and walking before his 15 month shots. But after the shots, he became very ill, a fever for 18 days and other symptoms, and has been diagnosed with autism, and is non verbal. Katherine Watt earned a philosophy and natural sciences degree from Penn State in 1996 and then worked as a reporter for small newspapers. In 2003 she earned a paralegal certificate and has provided legal research and writing for small firms practicing constitutional, civil rights and environmental law. She also published several independent journalism blogs and worked on local food, water and energy security campaigns. She founded Bailiwick News in 2016. Since early 2020, Katherine has focused on Covid-19 issues, including legal framework investigations. She is married with two children, and lives and works in Pennsylvania. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Katherine was watching the Covid19 related legal cases in 2020. She tells us what she observed, and why it got her interested in what was going on in the US in the legal system at that time. She tells us about the Butler vs Wolf case in Pennsylvania, May 2020. A challenge to the executive orders. The first judge struck down the executive orders but 3 weeks later, the third circuit of appeals reversed that first decision. - What is communitarian law. It is difficult to find any information on it. Katherine explains that it goes back to the 1950’s and its centralizing things, on the pretext that its on behalf of the community for the common good. A good resource is Niki Raapana. See References. It’s just legal mechanisms put together by globalists and inserted in the EU treaty documents, and the NAFTA and CAFTA agreements of the United States. - We discuss what is the International Health Regulations (IHR) of 2005, and why it matters in the context of the last 4 years. Katherine tells us that the IHR go back to the 1800s, they were called sanitary regulations, but were later renamed. It is now a legally binding agreement of 196 countries. Katherine tells us it is a workaround because they want a one world government. Countries are obligated under the terms of the treaty to enact local domestic laws, enforced by the military and law enforcement in each country. The countries had to put in domestic laws to comply with the standards in the IHR 2005 amendments, around travel, quarantine, vaccination, surveillance etc. - Katherine has written an article called “The legal walls of the Covid-19 Kill Box.” See References below. The Kill Box is a military term. When Katherine noticed that the rollout of the pandemic was global and looked the same everywhere, she realised the kill box they have set up is the whole world and everybody is in it. - We discuss the 2 most important acts, the 2004 Project Bioshield Act and the 2005 PREP Act. If these 2 were repealed (with the sections of the US code that they put in place), the liability exemptions would be stripped away and the suspension on the regulations on drugs and biologics would be stripped away, and we would be back to where things were, prior to 2004. - The 2005 PREP Act, meant that everyone in the supply chain and the development chain was not liable for harms caused by the products. We discuss who designed this Act and who understood the ramifications of it. The President (George W. Bush) signed it and his advisors would have understood the ramifications. The legal scholars, Lawrence Gostin and James Hodge did a lot of drafting for this act and others. They would understand the ramifications. (See references). - We discuss who are the main architects of this attempted population reduction. Katherine does not now their names, they remain hidden. But she believes it is the families who own the bank for international settlement and the families who own the federal central banks in each country. - We discuss the legal code that affected Current Good Manufacturing Practise. 21 USC 360bbb-3a(c) - Katherine tells us of a legal code change that occurred on April 2, 2019 that she has only recently discovered in Title 21 - Food and Drugs (Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, 1938), Part 600, subpart c, where all the 8 inspection duties that FDA inspectors were supposed to do were deleted by the FDA commissioner, Scott Gotlieb. This is for Biologics (which includes vaccines) and is relevant regardless if there is a public health emergency or not. (See References). - Katherine tells us they wanted to turn the manufacturing plants into completely closed black box military production facilities. - We discuss what we can do? Katherine has written a document that is a draft repeal act to get those 2 main acts (the Project Bioshield act and the PREP act) and 5 other acts repealed. She is suggesting that Americans send this to their member of congress or senators. See the Reference section. - What is the Global Health Security and International Pandemic, Prevention ,Preparedness and Response Act? - We discussed if Katherine had seen any indication that the USA had any influence over the EMA regarding approval of the Pfizer vaccine. Katherine hadn’t but she had seen MRAs between Europe and the USA. "The European Union (EU) has signed mutual recognition agreements (MRAs) with third-country authorities concerning the conformity assessment of regulated products. Dr David Cartland is a fully qualified UK doctor and General Practitioner. He has completed the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and also has a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical science included a year of specialist immunology and microbiology/virology training including statistical analysis. Between his two degrees Dr Cartland worked for a year in the angiogenesis research group at the University of Birmingham and he is a published author in angiogenesis research; He is a General Practitioner with 15 years experience. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Why Dr Cartland decided to become a doctor. - What convinced Dr Cartland these Covid vaccines were causing harm? What did he witness firsthand? - We discuss the 10 minute doctor consult which is part of the NHS system in the UK.10 minutes is never enough time to see a patient. - Dr Cartland tells us the circumstances under which he took the Covid vaccine himself. - He tells us about the day, when the boosters were rolled out, that he got a call from a nearby hospital about a patient of his, 41 years old, who had presented with a cerebral venous thrombosis. Dr Cartland asked the consultant, could it be the jab, as the patient had received his jab the day before. The consultant decided the cause was a sinus infection and asked Dr Cartland if he was an antivaxxer. - Dr Cartland tells us that his surgery continued to vaccinate with the same vaccine that had killed 2 women in their 40s, and had given that 41 year old man, CVT. - Dr Cartland wrote an article called “Breaking the Science”, in Feb 2022. It went viral. See reference below. He reached out to main stream media. No one wanted to talk to him - We discuss the fact that he has a science degree and a medicine degree. Many GP’s in the UK have only a medical degree. Are they taught to ask questions, think critically? - What is the “Not Doctors” phenomenon that is occurring in the UK. What training do they have, and are patients aware that they are speaking with someone who is not a doctor? - A nursing home near Dr Cartland , with only 40 residents had injuries and deaths occur to 8 residents within a week of the vaccine rollout. - We discuss whether any other doctors in the UK are speaking out about the dangers of the covid vaccine. There are some, eg Dr Ahmad Malik (orthopaedic surgeon who gave up his licence) and Sarah Myhill. - He tells us that thousands of doctors are in private Whatsapp groups, talking about the dangers of the vaccines but won’t speak out publicly. - He tells us about the daily abuse and trolling he receives on social media. - Dr Cartland will be facing the GMC (General Medical Council) tribunal in October 2024, for a 15 day trial. There are 3 complainants, and they have accused him of bullying, harassment, online incitement of hatred and transphobia. One of the complainants is mocking the vaccine injured. - He has been involved in some really horrendous cases of vaccine injured patients, assisting families that have been rejected from the vaccine payments scheme. - Dr Cartland tells us about a 30 year old lady, who had a Deep Vein Thrombosis in one leg after her first Astrazeneca shot. They gave her another Astrazeneca shot, and she got a DVT in the second leg. Then months later, they suggested the Moderna. She had a stroke a week after the Moderna shot, and they told her it was asymptomatic Long Covid, because she had never tested positive or had any Covid like symptoms. - He tells us he has received many private written messages from doctors confirming the vaccine injuries they are seeing. We read out one of those messages. - At one Doctor’s surgery where Dr Cartland recently worked, the senior doctor himself and most of the other doctors, refuse to take the jab but that surgery has just announced the spring booster campaign. We discuss why they continue to do that. Sasha Latypova holds a graduate degree in business from Dartmouth College and is a retired pharmaceutical industry, research and development executive with 25 years of experience in conducting clinical trials. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Sasha did not work for a pharmaceutical company, she contracted to pharma companies. She conducted clinical trials in imaging, and later in cardiovascular safety monitoring. Most companies now outsource their clinical trials to contractors, like Sasha. So, Sasha was responsible for being in compliance to the regulators at all times, when conducting these trials. She is aware of all the regulations. - Sasha retired from her work in the pharmaceutical industry before the Covid19 period began. We discuss why she became interested in the Covid situation, both the early treatment and the new vaccines. - Sasha first became suspicious when the public health officials started to suppress hydroxychloroquine, as she had experience with this drug. They tried to smear this drug with cardiovascular arrythmia, which she was familiar with in her previous work. She knew for sure that hydroxychloroquine did not have that problem, especially when take for a short time frame, as it was for Covid. - She was the first to notice the batch variability of Covid vaccine adverse events in VAERS. Sasha collaborated with Craig Paardekooper on the website “How bad is my batch”. She knew right away that these products were not Good Manufacturing compliant. This was her conclusion by October 2021. She wrote letters to the CDC and FDA about this. Senator Johnson brought this data to the attention of the CDC and FDA also. The CDC and FDA never did anything. - At the end of 2021, Mike Yeadon sent Sasha a package of leaked documents from the EMA, about 800 pages worth, and a dozen emails between the regulators (EMA, MHRA, FDA). This package was actually leaked around Nov 30, 2020. It was clear from these documents, that this drug product was substandard, and the worse product she had ever seen. The bulk of the documents were from EMA regulators themselves. - Sasha tells us the number one thing that the regulators have to approve is the manufacturing. If you can’t manufacture, then safety and efficacy doesn’t matter. And yet all the scientists and doctors are focussing on safety and efficacy and no one is looking at manufacturing. The EMA documents showed evidence that the EMA regulators had raised 100 major objections to the approval of the Pfizer product. - An example of an objection. Pfizer had provided no evidence they were making the spike protein. And, we later learnt they faked the Western Blots, which was an assay to characterise the spike protein. It was a computer generated fake. - Sasha shows us the 3 drug approval pathways that are relevant to the approval of the vaccines in the USA. The normal FDA regulatory pathway for market approval. The Expanded Access Use pathway. The Emergency Use Authorisation pathway, and she explains the differences. There was a lot of confusion, and many people thought the Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) was in fact the Expanded Use pathway, but they are very different. - The EUA comes under a brand new paragraph of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, called Paragraph 564. EUA countermeasures can only be issued when the HHS has declared a public health emergency. And they are designated as non investigational. And so none of the laws that normally apply to drugs apply to these countermeasures. EG No IRB (investigational review board), no informed consent for recipients, and good manufacturing practise is not enforced. The only criteria needed, is that the HHS secretary thinks they may be effective. - For an in depth explanation of the legal framework, there is a good video of Sasha and Katherine Watt (the US para legal who worked with Sasha), explaining all the legal codes that were put in place in the USA, in the years preceding 2020. Sasha explains it took 3 years to unravel all the legal codes around this. See reference below. - Sasha shows us the transcript of a meeting, in which Doran Fink (deputy director of Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) in the FDA, on Oct 22, 2020, stated that the FDA decided to use the EUA pathway rather then the expanded access use for approval of the Covid vaccines. And the reason was that expanded use required IRB and informed consent. That would add complexity. See Reference below. - Doran Fink is now at Moderna. - Sasha shows us the Pfizer timeline, showing the activity in terms of approvals etc from March 2020 through to Dec 2024. She points out that Doran Fink says they switched to EUA in Oct 2020, but she believes that in fact the switch happened in July 2020 as that is when Pfizer began mass producing the 30 million doses for the rollout. And, as we discuss, this was before phase 3 even started and before FDA approval of the product . That would have been illegal under IND. - In addition, the formula for the product was changed 5/6 times during the phase 3 trial ie they changed which drug they were testing. This was found in the 1100 page protocol document. - The FDA issued a BLA (Biologics License Application) in August 2021. So everyone thought the Pfizer vaccine was fully approved. But Sasha shows us the BLA letter, and it references the 2 Pfizer clinical trials, the Phase1/2 trial and the phase 3 trial, which were NOT clinical trials. So the BLA is fake, its illegal and the FDA is certifying the fraud. That’s why there are 2 products, but in the USA they never shipped the Comirnaty product , only the EUA product (Biontech). - Sasha explains that as long as the PREP Act is in place, these products “will not be deemed adulterated or misbranded”, and shows us the excerpt from the US code. This is why there is no enforcement of good manufacturing practise. - We discuss the involvement of the US Department of Defence. The DOD is the CEO of the operation , is totally in charge, and HHS has only an advisory role. The money all came from the DOD. - Sasha reveals that she has an audio of a discussion at a pharma company regarding a phone call that they received on Feb 4, 2020 from DOD. The DOD told them on that day, to switch from pan influenza (they were part of the P3 consortium) to Covid as Covid had been classified as a national security threat. See references. - What is the Pandemic Preparedness Program (P3), which was started in 2017. The person in charge of P3 is Colonel Matt Hepburn, and he is the mastermind. He has published TED talks on P3, and has claimed we can predict viruses and we will make vaccines in hours. - We ask Sasha who she thinks is behind the release of the virus and the injections.
