On Wednesday - April 12, 2023, The National Weather Service recorded over 25 inches of rain hitting Fort Lauderdale, Florida with most of the downpour concentrated over a six-hour period. South Florida received 7 months worth of rain in just 7 hours on Wednesday. This storm was a 1-in-1,000 year weather event. This marks the rainiest day in Fort Lauderdale history. Unfortunately, more rain is in the forecast.

While most dogs hate fireworks. Sadie loves them. She actually gets upset when she has to go inside after watching 4th of July fireworks.

I bought these beautiful Sweet Peppers from a local farmer in my area of Sebring, FL. for $3. I decided to preserve the sweet peppers by canning them. This was my first attempt at canning. They were so sweet & yummy. Now I love canning.

While I was visiting my lake house in Sebring, FL. This beautiful Florida Bobcat came bouncing out of the underbrush looking for something to eat for breakfast. Watch as she shows no fear and comes straight up to my sliding glass door for a little look inside my house.

We don't know what these bunnies are feuding about but they sure do look cute while doing it! Can anyone explain this behavior?

Saw this beautiful Florida Banded Water Snake on our walk today.

While cruising around in the golf cart we came across this man dancing away and busting a move on the street corner. He was wearing some old school 70's moccasin boots while dancing on a green outdoor mat which allowed him to slide and glide while dancing. #SlideAndGlideDancingMan

On our walk this evening we were lucky enough to come across this cute little wild Florida Otter catching and eating her dinner.

Seeing wild weather come out of nowhere in South Florida is nothing new but this mini storm came out of nowhere with rain and wind gusts that were strong enough to start whipping around some heavy duty outdoor patio furniture.

Ally the Alligator's eggs have finally hatched. Here is the video of her proudly watching over her babies as one of the baby alligators takes its first steps and begins to climb out of the nest. ENJOY!

It's springtime in South Florida and this red-bellied woodpecker has been visiting this person's window every morning for the past week only to say ‘Hello’ by pecking at the window for about twenty minutes before flying away! Footage shows the adorable moment when a friendly bird knocks at the glass door of a home in South Florida. Home owner explains that this beautiful bird has been coming around to pay a visit for years. Can you imagine a wild woodpecker knocking on your front door just to say ‘Hey, neighbor! Adorable, right! This is one smart bird! After watching people <a href="https://rumble.com/v401d3-random-turkey-repeatedly-knocks-on-mans-window.html" target="_blank">knock on the door</a> to come in, this friendly woodpecker bird has picked up a few tricks! Watch as it knocks at the window door to be noticed and greeted by the person standing on the other side of the glass. Who would say no to this cute, little face!? A smart, red-bellied <a href="https://rumble.com/v2zt55-drummer-woodpecker-2.html" target="_blank">woodpecker</a> perches in front of a window and knocks on the glass with its beak just to greet its favorite human. Maybe this beautiful bird is hungry and wants food, or maybe it is just too friendly and doesn’t want to fly away before saying ‘Hi’ to a friendly face. Cuteness overload! What would you do if a cute little woodpecker comes knocking on your front door? Like literally, you hear a knock, go to the door and right there stands a cute bird, looking ever so eager to join you inside? Who knows, maybe this bird confused its own reflection with another bird and wanted to pick a fight! Watch as it repeatedly attacks the glass in an endless effort to make contact with the person on the other side of the glass. What a friendly neighbor!

Hurricane Irma has been the talk of the moth as it has been sweeping regions in the US. It has become globally spread about its harsh power and the waste land that has left behind. Many people are concerned about their homes, their family and their lives. Irma has become one of the biggest topics in the last 3 weeks around the world. People do not feel safe and have been advised to stay indoors and if possible to seek refuge under ground. There were many videos in which it clearly shows how powerful and strong Irma has been. The damage that it has done and all the city's that it has destroyed. Here we have a video which is also very detailed and shows Irma from a safe distance and its monstrosity. This person has gathered up the courage to get out onto their balcony and catch Irma in the act. As news have been updating they say that Irma has been slowly slowing down and that the worst part is over. This one will definitely be put in the history as one of the most severe weather in the US. Check out this intense footage of a tornado forming over Fort Lauderdale during Hurricane Irma. Crazy!
