Blast Double Leg Takedown
Here's an easy and effective way to take someone down. Ideally You wouldn't want to land in guard but it's also very easy to bring you lead knee up into combat base and do a knee slice pass.

Snatch Single Leg Takedown - Wrestling and JiuJitsu
Here's a solid Single Leg Takedown I got good at in Junior College. Tons of drilling got me good at this and if done properly should bring your drilling partner off their feet.

Single Leg Takedown to Navy Finish
A very effective simple takedown for Jiu-jitsu. Easy snatch single leg, the key is to take a big back step and swing your opponents leg much like a golf club! lol.

Triangle from Turtle - JiuJitsu Techniques
Today I hand over the mic and camera to probably my best training partner at the gym. Johnny shows a slick triangle from a position lots of people find hard to create offense from, Top Turle. I loved this the moment he showed it to me and had to have him demonstrate it for my YouTube people to checkout! Enjoy! Cause I sure did.

This is a good head and arm drag to a back take. Very effective move in JiuJitsu and also applicable to wrestling.
Keys
- Keep on your toes to apply the most pressure and stop your opponent from sitting out
- Keep Elbow above opponent's chin tokeep them from easily pealing your arm off.
- Sit and commit to the crotch pry as you look to take their back.

Arm Drag to Single Leg Takedown
The Arm Drag is a great Takedown and set-up for a single leg. Snaking your arm around the outside of your opponent's leg will help secure your angle as you drive your forehead into the back of the opponents shoulder
Keys to Success:
- Close the elbow off as you pull his elbow by
- Put your forehead in the shoulder
- Snake the leg
- Drive forehead thru the shoulder
- Big back step and finish
