This was our home for a couple days. The last nights we had it rained down hard on us.

While camping it started to thunder. Sure enough I was able to catch a bolt of lightning streak across the sky.

Sam had an excellent time on his first hike. But he needed to be carried back.

He loves this thing. It’s his first time experiencing a water hose to the face! 🤪

Who knew out of all the toys we bought him. This empty peanut butter jar is his favorite.

He had his first bath today.

The newest member to our family. He is currently 9 weeks old.

I couldn’t help but laugh and smile on how cute the simple things can be.

At the end of our hike we stumbled across a couple deer. I was able to catch a little footage before they took off. Good omens!

We have almost reached our destination. Unbeknownst to us Leatherman’s cave is closer then we think.

We reached Leatherman Cave and it was pretty cool.

Took some time out this morning to head up to The Res.

Leaving work last night, this wonderful creature crossed my path. Hello Bambi. 😜

During our hike we got to experience all the seasons. it ended with snow!

Reaching a point on our hike at sleeping giant and this is what we see.

While hiking at sleeping giant state park we came across these guys.

We stopped for a moment to enjoy the scenery as we got closer to Castle Craig, CT.

I couldn’t help but stop and smell the beautiful outdoors. The view was also sweet!
