The Director should be speaking on employee shortages, fentanyl crisis, and increased violence. We will also speak to what may be the greatest threat to the Department, and that is Director Harpe. His continued failure to be transparent on staff shortages and pretending facility's staffing levels aren't at a critical low with increasing levels of violence.
