If you have a pet at home, one that loves being handled, picked up, petted, places in your bed to sleep on your pillow and probably on the sofa as well, then chances are you have a lint roller at home. Or a dozen. You also probably use it any time you change, or want to take a sit on your own furniture, or even catch a glimpse of a follicle on any given surface. They are a lifesaver, but they might also be your pet’s greatest enemy! Reuben here, for example, hates how his owner uses the lint roller on his work pants. How dare he take away all of Reuben’s hard work? The <a href="https://rumble.com/v3fp2v-bulldog-confronts-owner-about-lack-of-attention.html" target="_blank">Bulldog</a> has worked so damn hard, trying to rub himself in all directions, so that his hair will get nice and stuck into the fabric. If you take into account Reuben’s breed and disposition, then you will know that this is important to him. He will not rub himself off just about anyone! Not only is it hard to take off every single spiky hair off the pants, but Reuben gives the chore an added flair, jumping at the lint roller to bite it right off his owner’s hand! Let it go, human, this is how they are supposed to look like! Then again, this might just be the Bulldog’s way of telling his owner he should be more active in the mornings. While he works out his right arm with the lint roller, he tries to push off the <a href="https://rumble.com/v3l6u3-german-shepherd-has-other-ideas-when-owner-wants-to-exercise-all-he-wants-t.html" target="_blank">needy dog</a> with his left and then vice versa. It is a pretty solid idea when you think about it.

The ultimate lesson for any bulldog owner is that if the dog does not want to listen to you....they will not listen to you, period! They are amazing, funny and infuriating little creatures, but they definitely have a mind of their own. These owners decided to try a new approach to addressing their bulldog, just in case he's not really English!

Big babies come in all species and Reuben the Bulldog is no exception. Like an overtired toddler, he has trouble settling down at night if he's not sprawled across someone's lap. When his owners need a moment to themselves that's a problem. How can you get comfortable if your owners don't cater to you every second of the day? :)

For Reuben the English Bulldog, sometimes it's a problem having a tiny, stubby tail that you can't reach. Just underneath it gets itchy and needs a cleaning. Check out his hilarious response when his owners break out the 'Magic Itch Sticks'!

So you're working from home and trying to get seven hours of work done in three. That's exactly the moment Reuben the Bulldog decides it's "go time". He does a lot of sleeping, but when he wants to play there's no holding him back. If you're looking for a calm, affectionate house dog, who will love you unconditionally and will be the perfect nap buddy, then the <a href="https://rumble.com/v48ozf-cranky-bulldog-feels-better-after-belching.html" target=”_blank”>Bulldog</a> in the pooch you are looking for. The chubby sack of sweet, sweet folds that last for days is a very good-natured dog who adores his folks, content to just hang out, live and let live. Like the frat buddy you wish you never had. However, this dog needs much care and thrives on attention. He's not a good choice if you will leave him alone a lot. Lonely bulldogs can become destructive. Reuben here might not be alone in a complete sense of the word, but does feel lonely. What does he do? The perfect distraction technique! Taking a few nibbles on an iPad is the perfect way to get noticed. Lucky for him, there's always time to take a break from the spreadsheets to get down on the ground and play. Nicely done, Reuben! If only he wasn’t so high maintenance. Reuben might be a perfect specimen of his breed, with the broad, stubby muzzle, but he will always make a <a href="https://rumble.com/v3ysqp-bulldog-makes-final-desparate-plea-for-attention.html" target=”_blank”>plea for attention</a>.

The benefits of having a dog are immeasurable: They can lower blood pressure, make you get more exercise, provide comfort when you're lonely or anxious, make you smile and, more importantly, just be a loving presence around your home. Reuben the Bulldog has done all these things and made the people around him a happier family. To sit quietly and watch him snoozing on his favorite new bed is a calming scene. There may not be a lot going on here, but if you need to take a moment in your busy day to be calm and restful, Reuben is here for you. Reuben's owner wrote this small tune 20 years ago and never gave it a name, but now he's decided after all this time to title it 'Reuben's Lullaby'. Enjoy!

When you see a dog moving and twitching in its sleep, it's always interesting to try and guess what's going on in dreamland. By the looks of Reuben the Bulldog's tongue during this nap, he's working on some seriously huge meal. Or maybe he's dreaming of driving with his head out the window. Or chasing squirrels. Who knows, but dream on little buddy...dream on.

It's impossible to have a brief nap when your bulldog won't stop licking your head. That's the case here, and it looks completely therapeutic... for the dog!

Some days are better than others, and we all know that one person (or dog) who lets you know exactly how they're feeling!

There's nothing more comforting for both owner and pet than to have a soft log of sleeping dog on your lap. Reuben the Bulldog is no exception and finds his best napping is when he's laid out all 64 lbs of himself across his owner's body. Sometimes the napping goes deep into REM sleep and Reuben starts rocking and rolling and snoring his way through a dream. Chasing cats? Getting chased by that poodle at the park? Who knows what he sees, but even when sleeping he is cuteness personified!

Just like with people, wintertime can be tough on the skin of dogs with things getting cracked and dried. Reuben the Bulldog is no exception and his humans are making sure he stays comfortable with the frigid temperatures. After applying some nose balm, it's an opportunity to see how amazing the canine tongue actually is. Tasting, drinking, cleaning, cooling and communication functions are all packed into that little bad boy. There's a whole lot going on with it and Reuben is no exception!

English Bulldogs like Reuben can be handsome, funny pets to have around the house. But as seen here, the cleaning and upkeep on them can be both hilarious and nasty at the same time. While his owners were in the middle of cleaning a dirty backside, Reuben took off with a bit of unfinished business trailing behind him. Add in a bit of clearing his throat and you have quite the scene. If you ever have a bulldog of your own, be prepared for a few situations like these.

Reuben the Bulldog loves car rides more than anything in the world. If he even thinks there's the slightest chance he's going in the car, he's sure to listen to every word until he knows it's go time!

Reuben the Bulldog is just like any other kid in summertime- he loves getting wet in the pool.

Needy does not begin to describe the English Bulldog. When his owner tells him to lay down on the floor instead of someone's lap for just a few minutes....this English Bulldog gives his pouty response. Too cute!

Sometimes Bulldogs get dry noses that need a little balm applied to keep them healthy. After application, this guy is clearly not happy with the results and tries his best to rub it off. Cue the mini-tantrum. Too cute!

Every night this English Bulldog has to sleep on his owner's lap.... no exceptions. When he comes calling, there's no resisting this package of absolute cuteness.

Care and upkeep of English Bulldogs means keeping their faces clean. Unfortunately for Reuben the Bulldog, it drives him crazy. Too cute!
