Jack the Cat is quite the strict doorway guard, though he will allow himself to be amused by Maddie's bowing & toy tossing antics which allow Mom to negotiate a pass by Jack for Maddie to come inside from the lanai. Watch & laugh as Maddie shows off be repeat bows to Hail to Jack & gets quite chatty trying to convince Jack to play with her.

Jack the Cat is very patient about dressing up in hats & outfits despite the fact he would rather be playing with the hats than wearing them. Watch & laugh as Jack is thrilled when Mom takes his Buffalo Plaid hat off & holds the hat so Jack can use the straps to floss his whiskers & teeth. Jack takes his personal hygiene very seriously.

Maddie the Great Dane's car ride into Tampa didn't end at a drive thru window, but at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay for a wellness check & blook work prior to her Jan 4 Spay & Gastropexy (tummy tack to prevent bloat). This was everyone's first visit to the clinic, which was recommended by Maddie's breeder as the Surgical Vet has worked on lions & tigers & is very familiar with the surgical needs of large breed dogs. It was a totally different vet experience, which Maddie wasn't overly impressed with, but the clinic provides a wonderful service to Tampa pet owners offering low cost vaccines & spay & neuter surgeries & veterinary care. All the dogs & their parents were very well behaved. Maddie was the biggest girl in the waiting room! Two paws up for the Humane Society of Tampa Bay which has been servicing the community for over 100 years!

Great Danes used to hunt wild boar. Now they hunt for a spot on the furniture to nap. Watch & laugh as Maddie & her Michigan buddies Eva, Nora & Radar all find a comfy spot in the art room to enjoy their recharging afternoon nap. Ellie opts for more personal quiet space on the sofa in the family room. The struggle is real for the Moms & Dads as there isn't a lot of seating left over for the Peoples.

Maddie & Nora the Great Danes are best friends who love when Nora's three pack come to visit Maddie & Ellie in Florida. Watch & laugh as the tired besties are still determined to enjoy a welcome back game of bed time bitey face even though both pups are pooped. Typical Two Year olds!

Michigan Great Danes Eva, Nora & Radar know the best place to be in the house is beside Uncle Larry when food is involved. Uncle Larry is a guaranteed easy mark for treats. Watch & laugh as Maddie & the Squirrel Patrol pay very close attention to the Costco Chicken Carcass, which Mom turns into chick stock in the Instapot as extra treats to top the kibble. Not a single bit of chicken is wasted with these polite well mannered kitchen helpers. Ellie opted to avoid the crowd and wait for dinner.

Maddie & Ellie & Radar & Nora are quite dedicated "Landscrapers" & very proud of their hole art work throughout the yard. Watch & laugh as the Digger Danes band together & complain to Dad about the dirt that is going to fill in their arts & crafts projects. Posing like an classic American Gothic Painting, Team Restoration aka The Dads proceed with their racking, dirt dumping & refilling of all the excavation projects.

Jack the Cat takes his guard cat jobs very seriously. Watch & laugh as Mikey is faced with another big Great Dane decision.....pester Jack or try to swipe a prewrapped Christmas box. While Jack sits guard, Mom explains to Mikey that not all boxes are created equal. Prewrapped Christmas boxes which are used every year for different gifts are not to be carried & chewed like the Amazon boxes that are delivered to the gate.

Wearing her swim coat, Nora the Great Dane forgot all about swimming, when she saw the golf cart. Watch & laugh as Maddie, Radar & Ellie complain to Nora that she is not sharing the golf cart. Funny Nora guards her new ride & the precious cargo of fresh bags of dirt!

It is a Digger Dane's Dream come true. Golf cart delivery of fresh dirt to dig around in! Watch & laugh as Maddie & Ellie & Nora, after a shift change at the lanai door with Radar, discover bags of fresh dirt sitting on the golf cart. Sad for the girls, the dirt will be used by Uncle Paul & Dad for restoration of their landscaping projects, not to create new ones.

Michigan Girls Eva & Nora love when they get to visit with their handsome Florida boyfriend Atlas when they are vacationing with Maddie & Ellie. Maddie & Ellie the Great Danes & visiting Squirrel Patrol Michigan Danes, Radar, Eva & Nora have had a busy social calendar during their recent holiday together. After a great day with Maddie's brother Merlin & sister Athena at the beach, handsome Spotty Boy Atlas came over for a play date. Maddie & Ellie enjoyed another one of their Best Days Ever with another Play Date at Maddie's brother Merlin's beach, with Merlin's sister Athena & Michigan Squirrel Patrol besties Radar, Eva & Nora. The Fabulous Five are loving the wonderful Florida December weather which is perfect for splashing & dashing in the pool & pouncing & bouncing on the putting green & through the back yard. Florida Girls Maddie & Ellie love playing with their Michigan girlfriends Eva & Nora. Big brother Radar wisely does not get involved in Four Girls Go Wild Fun. Florida Girls Maddie & Ellie are joined by their Michigan Gal Pal for a little neighborhood watching. Watch & laugh as the girls decide after play time is it time to check out what is going on, on the other size of the fence in the backyard. After a little Snoop Daning, the girls join up with Eva & Radar for more playtime.

The Moms are making Fa la la la la progress with the group Christmas photos. While Ellie was enjoying an afternoon nap, Mom & Aunt Sue managed to corral Maddie, Eva, Nora & Radar into the living room to pose for an almost group of Fabulous Five Christmas photo. Watch & laugh as the Fabulous Four sit still for a few moments before deciding the photo shoot is over. However location, location, location....With a little help from the Dads we should be able to capture a group photo of the Fa la la la la Fabulous Five.

Two year old Nora & Maddie are besties who love playing together. Watch & laugh as Maddie, whose sore pad is recovering, has great fun with romping with Nora during a feisty game of Bitey Face Wrestling. The Bestie Girls just love to have fun.

Nora the Great Dane was adopted into her forever home about a year ago, & immediately made herself at home. Nora continues to make herself at home, when she is on her Florida vacation. Watch & laugh as Nora shares the chair with sister Eva & then when a seat opens up beside Aunt Nora, Nora cuddles right up beside her. Nora's nickname is the Velcro Dane. She loves to be touching her two legged & four legged friends & family.

Attempting to dress up one Great Dane for a Christmas photo, dressing up five & trying to convince them to pose, is challenging & really funny. Watch & laugh as the Moms try to negotiate the Michigan Squirrel Patrol, Radar, Eva & Nora & Florida girls, Ellie & Maddie to line up & smile for the camera. The Mom's determination is rivaled by the Dads - Oh Well - we are done. This is the reason we begin our Christmas photos early in the season.

The Fabulous Five are back together again! Maddie & Ellie were so happy to see their Michigan best friends Nora, Eva & Radar pull into the driveway. Watch & laugh as the besties have so much fun getting reacquainted. The Squirrel Patrol arrived after a week in South Carolina so it was an evening rather than an afternoon arrival, but it didn't slow down the meet & greet.

Maddie the Great Dane loves her jumbo Caterpillar Toy named Mr C. Watch & laugh as Ellie, with her pretty paws crossed, watches as Maddie has a great time playing upside down twister with Mr C. Maddie loves to hold him with her front paws & create a Mr Caterpillar tent. Thank you so much to our friend Melissa for the wonderful toy.
